I am having an awful experience with this firm. Horrible communication with staff, it s been 3 weeks since I ve talked to my attorney or a paralegal about my case. I have no idea what s going on because no one will return my calls. I will never recommend this firm to anyone nor will I ever choose a firm like this again. I can t wait to receive my settlement and get this annoyance behind me. They are also not responding to the driver in my case, it is near a month since she has heard anything back either. I m so disappointed that We chose John Foy and associates. Very unprofessional firm.
