This was the second law firm on my case. The first one was not on point with information and up dates.
I was referred to John Foy by an attorney friend of mine. I was told to ask for Allison Horne.
Things started off slow as they had to gather information from my previous firm but then Mrs. Horne kept me up to date on what was needed and what was going on with my case.
Towards the end I felt like I was always in the loop. All the facts and information was laid out for me. My questions were answered. My opinion was asked. I never felt like anyone was forcing anything on me or not able to make my own decisions.
I was walked through the final paperwork together. We discussed any changes that needed to be made and every thing was explained so I felt comfortable with the final document.
Mrs. Horne was always on top of all the details and extremely diligent in working for me and making sure I received the best settlement for my case.
I greatly appreciate her always calling me with up dates, being available or returning my calls and emails.
