I fired them because after 6 months NOTHING happen...

I fired them because after 6 months NOTHING happened. I am now going on by myself. I wrote a Certified letter terminating the representation, with NO response. I had to then email them to confirm they had received my letter. I requested that my file be forwarded onto my new address and it still has NOT been sent, and its been 2 weeks! It's BS.
