I had my attorney give me the run around for two years only to tell me his department failed him and he can't do anything for me. Also giving me a little time to find a good lawyer to clean up his mess....I will never use john foy again . I am so angry about this right now that if they had no stars I would hit that button. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH JOHN FOY AND ASSOCIATE, you might as well talk to the insurance company yourself. The whole time I had to keep calling the attorney to get updates and he never had good news.... on a case where I was not a fault and the guy knocked me over to incoming traffic. I really thought this law firm would help me get back on track. They referred me to a chiropractor and didn't even get enough to pay the chiropractor bill. So not only did they not help me but now I have a unpaid account with the chiropractor they sent me to. So really the only thing they help me with was getting someone to correct the pain in my back so I can get back to work.
