STOP!!!! Do not use this firm. You will be better served by a drunk in the street then this rag-tag group of snow puffs. One call that's all should have been my first call. After they insulted me with a 50/50 split I should have run full speed in the other direction. I negotiated to standard rate but I didn't feel good about that sleazy move.....No strong arm here...just a very wet and very limp noodle arm. Zero stars should be an option for reviews. This firm would get one. I do believe they get some type of incentive from insurance co to settle for the low. Courtney Creasin can be very difficult to work with...2 months in and the calls are all one sided...you have to call to check for yourself or you will never get updates. Felt like I was paying for their services and doing their work too. See how they reply to negative reviews. Very unprofessional. Deal with them at your own Risk!!!!!!
