Sales rep was horrible...he beat around the Bush on everything we tried to negotiate and did absolutely nothing to work out a deal. I even bought 2 new cars form them in 2015 so I don't know what happened. If you're planning on visiting Jim Butler make sure Tony Palmer isn't your salesman...he sucks
