The worst experience ever didn't even try to listen to me and what I wanted they try to talk me into what they wanted to sell me and when I said I will go to another dealer he said go ahead I would never buy anything from them and strongly urge you to run go to Johnny Londoff much friendlier and better priced

5 star salesman, 5 star sales manager, 5 star fina...

5 star salesman, 5 star sales manager, 5 star finance department! Our salesman Brian Andrews was outstanding! I have been to a few different dealerships over the past couple months and dreaded going to another after what we went through at a well-known Dodge dealership on Lindbergh in SoCo....it was absolutely awful! Brian works 100% on behalf of the buyer. He answers his phone and text messages and returns phone calls - was I in the twilight zone? No, I had finally found a salesman who cares about his customers and sincerely felt happy when we were happy. He's anything but the average yes-man salesman and we never felt lied to, deceived, cheated or anything but his top priority. Thanks Brian! You have made two lifetime and loyal customers! :)

When I pulled up for my oil change, the staff was very polite, helpful and pointed me in the right direction (waiting area). While I waited I was shocked at how clean the waiting area was, they offered donuts (which sucked for me as I am dieting), coffee and bottled water - NOBODY does that! The time it took was really no time at all! I absolutely love JIM BUTLER and I am so happy that my sister introduced me to this dealership - I WILL NEVER SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!

Purchasing a car with Tyler was a great experience. He made me feel welcomed and at ease. The finance manager, Justin also was easy to work with. He was also funny and made me feel better about the large purchase. He made me laugh to no end. Morgan was extremely good about giving me a tour of my new Camaro! Overall experience was EXCELLENT!!!! I would gladly recommend Jim Butler Chevrolet to my family and friends!

I bought my first new car at Jim Butler Chevrolet. It was a fantastic experience. The salesman I worked with Todd Knickman got me an amazing deal on a new spark and was very kind. The salesman did not go over the car's accessories (or lack of them). He seemed intent on selling me the first car he showed me. I was promised a rebate by the finance dept and nearly 2 months later, I'm still waiting. I've made numerous phone calls and get promises but no action. I will NOT be buying another car from them and am telling all my friends to stay away also.

A friend of mine recommended Jim Butler for servic...

A friend of mine recommended Jim Butler for service a few years ago. He had purchased a vehicle from them, and they used to be pretty quick on oil changes and normal service/warranty work. Recently, their shop has been so busy that oil changes are typically taking two hours or more. We have both had this same experience and plan to change service centers for this reason.

The larger issue I have is when I wanted to pursue two warranty claims on my truck that I purchased at Laura GMC. The first warranty claim was an interior door panel that they replaced with no issue. The second issue was heavy peeling of my steering wheel. The service manager looked at the steering wheel stating it was "normal wear and tear". I don't feel that a leather steering wheel peeling on a 2018 truck with 33,XXX Miles to be normal wear and tear(steering wheels should last a while). If the truck were 10 years old with 150-200K.....I would be more understanding. The shop manager advised me to contact GMC customer care directly.

Now the rest of the story. Instead of contacting customer care, I first spoke with Laura GMC where I bout the vehicle. Sent the service manager photos, received response in 24 hours that it was approved, and scheduled the appointment with no issues. Would have been much nicer to get it all done at one stop and save some driving and wait time.

Overall, I have no issues with the quality of their work. My only complaints are excessive wait time, and a lack of effort in my warranty issue.

On Dec-18th 2017 I went back up to Jim Butler Chevy with Elizabeth to purchase the Midnight Edition Z71 Silverado. Our sales Associate Casey Burns, he was an amazing Sales Associate. He was very patient and very informative, and knowledgeable about the whole operations of the truck from beginning to end. If he didn't have the answer he was willing to go find out. Casey was honest and trustworthy. Casey is a very friendly person that you kind of get drawn into because of his humbleness and his character. There are plenty of competition in this auto industry. And for Jim Butler to stay on top and be awarded so many awards, it takes the effort of employees like Casey Burns to do just that for Jim Butler. Jim Butler by its self would never be successful without the outstanding and dedicated work done by such employees like Casey Burns. There is a very high turn over rate in the auto industry , and auto industry should always do their very best to keep their very finest and always acknowledge them for their performances. If once in awhile the upper management within Jim Butler would just personally shake that salesman's hand and just say thank you that alone would be a great step forward. I didn't buy a truck that day from Jim Butler, I bought a truck that day because of Casey Burns and few other members of the staff that represented Jim Butler. So Thank you Casey Burns keep up the great work.

For the Service Dept.
I really enjoy the customer service from the service dept. The entire staff are always so very friendly and outgoing. They are always ready to help and assist me with any concerns I may have about my trucks. So two thumbs up to the entire staff. Again Jim Butler should be proud to have these employees that have made Jim Butler one of the leading Chevy dealers in the Mid-West.

Your dealership needs to be better with communicat...

Your dealership needs to be better with communication. We got our trunk serviced at a Chevy dealership closer to our home and they were the ones to let us know we have free oil changes. We didn't get a free tank of gas or any oil changes with our purchase. When we bring in our vehicle, we were over by 39 miles. Manager let us know that our oil changes expired even though we had no clue they even existed. Sure, we got service emails but none of them stated they were complimentary or else we would have saved money and brought our vehicle in during the almost two years we owned our vehicle. Manager was very rude when I spoke to him saying "we don't have access to Dobbs' information"...well clearly wouldn't think Chevy would. Brian Andrews was a great salesman and very kind, but the service department was piss poor and cold.

I really enjoyed dealing with Jim Butler and all of their employees. Blake Snow was my salesman. He went above and beyond and helping me make a deal. Patrick Piper the sales manager also did a very good job. Never once did I feel pressured or like I was being sold. I feel like I got the best deal possible and would recommend anyone to go to Jim Butler. Also I have dealt with their service department several times and they are as good as gold. I mean where else can you get free donuts. LOL

My wife was very happy with Joe's laid back approach letting her drive an Equinox, another compatable SUV before she finally decided a Chevy Captiva was the right fit for her driving needs. She test drove the vehicle on a Saturday left her Elantra with Joe so it could be appraised for trade in value and drove it untikl Wedneday when we officially purchased the vehicle. I had to return a second day because technician did not reset tire inflation system after tires were rotated. Other than that employees were very professional and courteous.

What a complete scam. I am sure the owners have more money than 99.9% of us will ever have and it's not enough. They want bilk us for a little more. The dealership is very comfortable and wait time was minimal. Robert Mason was incredible. I had an unusual trade in scenario that he was able to simplify and the whole transaction was completed in under 45 minutes from test drive to walking out the door with the key to the car.

Got into the finance manager timely and the process was quick and very little pressure.
Jim Butler has a great selection of new and used vehicles. All in all I was satisfied and would purchase here again if they had the vehicle I wanted.

II filled out an online App Monday evening on Tuesday morning I got a call from Tyler I was at work, so I text him back. After a few questions he and he said well would you like to come get your car today? I was very nervous because my credit is not all that. He kept telling me to calm down he would not have had me up there if I was not approved. About 45 minutes later I was driving home in my new 2018 Chevy Trax. Tyler you and Chris really helped me out and took your time explaining how to work the car and the financing part of it all.
