Jim Butler was the most pleasant experience I have ever been through at a car dealership. It helped to secure financing and an estimated KBB value. But, Tyler was excellent to work with. He was on top of his customer service. Car buying experiences often take hours, but he made sure to keep checking in to make sure I was alright.
