Jen and Joel are a great team...... I switched from using a large company last year and should have done so years ago. Great customer service by Jen and Joel is an expert technician! And, of course, after a long day at work at 6pm last night is the latest example of when I found my a/c struggling to cool and Joel came out this morning. Great to get service from a small company!

Excellent LG Mini Split installation, very cutomer oriented, attention to detail during installation which impresses me the most. The biggest supprise was the 40% savings on my electric bill verses the old wall A/Cs. They do a great job and I highly recommend this Team.

After being recommended by a friend we decides to use them to install a new unit and replace our duct work. This was a large job that would take 3 days. We scheduled our job 2 weeks in advance. The week of our installation my husband and myself could not get anyone to return our calls. The night before our Installation Joel answered my husband's call. His wife had not told him we had tried to call all week and he mentioned she had over booked him. The morning of our installation he was 30 minutes late and then decided that he only wanted to replace the unit not do our duct work too. Our contract was for new unit and duct work reolacement. We demanded our deposit back and told them to leave. I took the weekend off work and made arrangements to leave town so they could do that work. A huge inconvenience for my family. Their customer service is terrible and decided not to do work hired for. I would not recommend them to anyone.

These guys will show you what surprises you have hiding in your vents and ducts. (These are not pleasant surprises) Have them come out to service the AC and take a look at the whole system, you won t regret it.

Super disappointed in Jenergy Air Services. Will not recommend or use in the future. They serviced my unit Friday morning. This was a routine service call as I was not experiencing any issues. Technician recommended cleaning the blower fan for the health of my unit. Air handler was in garage, not attic. I approved. Work was done within an hour. Technician nice but not wearing mask. Sunday morning, I was awoken by electrical burning smell coming through my vents along with hot air. Called their office number immediately and left urgent message. Called owner's cell phone number (was given to me by person that referred me due to urgency, i.e. electrical burning smell) and no answer so I left her an urgent message as well. I left 2 urgent messages Sunday morning and no one has yet to return my call and it is now Monday 12 noon. No one checks their messages on the weekend? and no emergency referrals are given on their recorded office message to back their work? No concern, no call back! If it is the weekend or after office hours, you are SOL....even though they serviced my unit 2 days prior!!! and I had no issues before!!! By the afternoon when I realized the owner was ignoring my calls, and the house was getting unbearable, I had to call another AC service company to fix the problem which was a blower fan relay switch. Under the circumstances, this should have been addressed by Jenergy. I later found out that owner does not like to be bothered on the weekends and that is why she didn't return my call.
Horrible customer service, especially from the owner of the company! Update: 3pm Monday and still no call back! BEYOND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! CUSTOMER BEWARE! It is now Wednesday and Jenergy Air still hasn't called me back (not that I thought they would at this point). Very unprofessional!
I phoned Jenergy and left a message and my call was returned within hours and they had a crew out the same day. The guys did enough to get me up and running after Irma despite the impressive heat and confined space they had to work in. They told me what else needed to be done to fully fix the problem and returned a few days later.
My air handler in my attic bit the dust. Jenergy came in first thing the following day and figured out the problem. The cost to replace the motor on the air handler was nominal. I am a happy camper and will be using them to clean my ducts as well. Big thumbs up for this great company.

Jenergy was invited to look at and quote a replacement AC unit on a property. We had another AC company tell us that a new unit would be needed. Upon their inspection, they found a issue that could be repaired and felt it would solve the issue. The repair was made, and the AC unit is working fine without the cost of a new unit. Jenergy saved this owner the cost of a new AC unit by making this repair!!

A/C wasn't blowing cold. First tech came out and said Freon was low and filled 2 lbs worth. A/C worked fine for almost one week. Then it was back to blowing warm air. Second tech came out. Found a leak. System is now completely fixed. Needed new coil. Not a fan of how much it cost to fix the problem, but a/c is expensive when there is a problem. I would recommend this company. They are friendly and know what they are doing. Their tech, Tipton, was great! Very knowledgeable and polite.

Replacing your HVAC system is never fun but Jenergy (Jen) and her team help take a lot of the pain away. They were fast, responsive and cheerful through the entire process. Their installation crew went over and above to make sure everything was done correctly and left the interior area looking BETTER than when they found it (painted where they had to do some wood repair to the interior platform). My air started acting up Tuesday night. I contacted Jen and she tried to help me trouble shoot it. No luck. She immediately got me an appointment for Wednesday and gave me a head's up as to what it may cost without seeing it. Richie got here and within in minutes had it diagnosed. It was exactly what Jen had said over the phone. Richie was awesome. he got it all done and even cleared up a bee's nest in my cu disconnect. This company goes above and beyond. I was excited to work with Jenergy but they apparently don t want to work with me.
I contacted them 8/7/18 for a quote to replace my A/C. They sent out James the same day at 5pm. James was very enthusiastic but said there were many options. He wanted Joel to come out because this wasn t a cookie cutter job. He left with no real expectation given on what would happen next.
I telephoned Jenergy around 1pm 8/8/18 since I hadn t heard anything get. Gina answered, gave me to Jen, and Jen said Joel was an A/C whisperer and would be out today. Sure enough, Joel arrived on time and surveyed the situation. He agreed there were many options and seemed enthusiastic about doing the job. He also articulated his commitment to quality work. He said he would discuss with Jen on pricing and get back to me. I asked when and he assured me I d hear something by close of business 8/9/18.
At 4:30pm on 8/9/18, I telephoned to follow up since I still had heard nothing and close of business was rapidly approaching. Gina answered and apologized. She promised me she d contact me either way the next morning with a status update.
8/10/18 came and went and I received no call back. The weekend passed and I still heard nothing. It is now lunchtime 8/13/18 and I have still heard nothing from Jenergy.
Customer support and follow through on promises is important to me. I m very disappointed that Jenergy spent over two hours at my house with me promising options and a quote, and has failed to give me any quotes or even a call back on status.
UPDATE 8/13/18: Jen has subsequently contacted me and apologized. I received a quote and am waiting for some questions to be answered.

Folks, be VERY wary. This company is trying to sell you all new ducts, if not more! We called them out the first time to do a service and get a quote for fixing two leaks in our ducts that were crushed in the past by an alarm installation company. First visit out, no work done but gave an estimate on fixing the leaks and one estimate for replacing all ducts. We signed off on the repair estimate and waited for the work to begin. They called back and said the estimate was no good and another tech would come out and re-estimate. He came out and said yep, you have a couple leaks. We'll have another estimate out to you. Guess what, now all the ducts need to be replaced, according to them in the office. Won't do any repairs on existing ducts. I have no issues with my ducting system other than the two leaky spots.They have waisted a lot of my time and cost me money and absolutely nothing has been done to make the repairs I asked for in the first place. I'd say stay away, find a trusted company and not waste your hard earned money.

As stated earlier, the existing ducts are in good repair except for the two areas that need repair. There are countless metal ducts in use in the world and operating fine. I will find a company that is willing to do a $600 job and be done! Yes, I am out the eighty bucks and two days of work. Jenergy Air, I wish you the best and maybe at some point you'll realize it's not always about the "big score".

Great service. Desmond showed up in less than an hour after I called. (I had tried to replace my thermostat and the AC stopped working) He was very polite, knowledgeable, and expedient. He fixed everything, showed me what caused my AC not work, and the best ways to maintain the filtration system. He measured everything out for me. It turns out I was using the wrong air filter size, and the previous house owners had put the air filters in wrong. Definitely a huge help!!!

Love absolutely everything about my experience with Jenergy!!! I had another AC company come out to service my AC unit when I woke up to no AC. They got the AC back up and running but told me that it was on it's last leg and needed to be replaced. Being the always cautious person that I am, I of course wanted 2 more opinions and quotes.
So -- I called Jenergy based on their great reviews. Joel came out and saw that my AC unit is not in fact DEAD. He did see 2 items that need some attention based on how they were installed. Bad duct set up and incorrect line for refrigerant. He said that while I don't have to do those things, they would make my system cool my house much better. He told me very honestly and in detail what to expect and a realistic time frame that my AC would continue to work. I can definitely live with that -- I would much prefer to plan the replacement as opposed to spur of the moment based on 1 opinion. Joel is VERY professional, knowledgeable and just an all around nice guy. I am thrilled that I called them!!! His ethics have made me a customer for life. If you need AC service, this is the company to call!!!!

They were great!!! When I called everyone was responsive, helpful, and friendly. This was also the same in email correspondence. The technician was very thorough and did more than previous companies we have used. I never felt that the technician or other staff were trying to up sell or convince me that I needed to upgrade or purchase things that were not needed. They were recommended to us by a friend, and we would definitely do the same!!!
Being without air in Florida in July is unthinkable and when it happens you want your system back as fast as possible. The staff at Jenergy diagnosed a failure in my system, set expectations of what the problem was and how they were going to fix it and did so quickly and at a reasonable price. Intergrity, honesty, professionalism. Jenergy Air Services can be summed up in those three words. More specifically, Jenergy is in the business of fixing things, not merely selling unnecessary parts and services. I know this first hand - they were able to fix my AC system's problems when another company wanted to replace several expensive parts and charge for hours of labor. I called Jenergy Air when the AC went out at our home. They ordered the replacement system that Friday and installed it the next weekday. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

I have used them on my person house (new 3.5 16 seer unit) rental properties (repairs) and my restaurant (duct work, repair, etc.) and i have been extremely satisfied. Joel is the man! After having him work at my restaurant he has fixed what i thought was the impossible. I had a huge issue with negative air pressure. I had multiple companies come out and nobody could diagnose the issue. Joel came in and within 30 minutes figured it out it was a faulty setting in the thermostat which would cause the fan to blow while the a/c was off along with massive air leaks in the supply and return plenum. He was prompt and fixed the issue now my a/c works better than ever. If you're looking for a expert who actually knows how to repair instead of just automatically suggesting a new unit i highly suggest you give jenergy a call!

He had to make an additional trip (no fault of his) back to my house . There was no extra charge for the additional time. Also most impressive was that James stated the hardware at my house still had good life, just provided some simple maitenence tips and the system will run for quite some time (NO UPSALE for a unit occured).
