Folks, be VERY wary. This company is trying to sell you all new ducts, if not more! We called them out the first time to do a service and get a quote for fixing two leaks in our ducts that were crushed in the past by an alarm installation company. First visit out, no work done but gave an estimate on fixing the leaks and one estimate for replacing all ducts. We signed off on the repair estimate and waited for the work to begin. They called back and said the estimate was no good and another tech would come out and re-estimate. He came out and said yep, you have a couple leaks. We'll have another estimate out to you. Guess what, now all the ducts need to be replaced, according to them in the office. Won't do any repairs on existing ducts. I have no issues with my ducting system other than the two leaky spots.They have waisted a lot of my time and cost me money and absolutely nothing has been done to make the repairs I asked for in the first place. I'd say stay away, find a trusted company and not waste your hard earned money.

As stated earlier, the existing ducts are in good repair except for the two areas that need repair. There are countless metal ducts in use in the world and operating fine. I will find a company that is willing to do a $600 job and be done! Yes, I am out the eighty bucks and two days of work. Jenergy Air, I wish you the best and maybe at some point you'll realize it's not always about the "big score".
