I was excited to work with Jenergy but they appare...

I was excited to work with Jenergy but they apparently don t want to work with me.
I contacted them 8/7/18 for a quote to replace my A/C. They sent out James the same day at 5pm. James was very enthusiastic but said there were many options. He wanted Joel to come out because this wasn t a cookie cutter job. He left with no real expectation given on what would happen next.
I telephoned Jenergy around 1pm 8/8/18 since I hadn t heard anything get. Gina answered, gave me to Jen, and Jen said Joel was an A/C whisperer and would be out today. Sure enough, Joel arrived on time and surveyed the situation. He agreed there were many options and seemed enthusiastic about doing the job. He also articulated his commitment to quality work. He said he would discuss with Jen on pricing and get back to me. I asked when and he assured me I d hear something by close of business 8/9/18.
At 4:30pm on 8/9/18, I telephoned to follow up since I still had heard nothing and close of business was rapidly approaching. Gina answered and apologized. She promised me she d contact me either way the next morning with a status update.
8/10/18 came and went and I received no call back. The weekend passed and I still heard nothing. It is now lunchtime 8/13/18 and I have still heard nothing from Jenergy.
Customer support and follow through on promises is important to me. I m very disappointed that Jenergy spent over two hours at my house with me promising options and a quote, and has failed to give me any quotes or even a call back on status.

UPDATE 8/13/18: Jen has subsequently contacted me and apologized. I received a quote and am waiting for some questions to be answered.
