After being recommended by a friend we decides to use them to install a new unit and replace our duct work. This was a large job that would take 3 days. We scheduled our job 2 weeks in advance. The week of our installation my husband and myself could not get anyone to return our calls. The night before our Installation Joel answered my husband's call. His wife had not told him we had tried to call all week and he mentioned she had over booked him. The morning of our installation he was 30 minutes late and then decided that he only wanted to replace the unit not do our duct work too. Our contract was for new unit and duct work reolacement. We demanded our deposit back and told them to leave. I took the weekend off work and made arrangements to leave town so they could do that work. A huge inconvenience for my family. Their customer service is terrible and decided not to do work hired for. I would not recommend them to anyone.
