Super disappointed in Jenergy Air Services. Will not recommend or use in the future. They serviced my unit Friday morning. This was a routine service call as I was not experiencing any issues. Technician recommended cleaning the blower fan for the health of my unit. Air handler was in garage, not attic. I approved. Work was done within an hour. Technician nice but not wearing mask. Sunday morning, I was awoken by electrical burning smell coming through my vents along with hot air. Called their office number immediately and left urgent message. Called owner's cell phone number (was given to me by person that referred me due to urgency, i.e. electrical burning smell) and no answer so I left her an urgent message as well. I left 2 urgent messages Sunday morning and no one has yet to return my call and it is now Monday 12 noon. No one checks their messages on the weekend? and no emergency referrals are given on their recorded office message to back their work? No concern, no call back! If it is the weekend or after office hours, you are SOL....even though they serviced my unit 2 days prior!!! and I had no issues before!!! By the afternoon when I realized the owner was ignoring my calls, and the house was getting unbearable, I had to call another AC service company to fix the problem which was a blower fan relay switch. Under the circumstances, this should have been addressed by Jenergy. I later found out that owner does not like to be bothered on the weekends and that is why she didn't return my call.
Horrible customer service, especially from the owner of the company! Update: 3pm Monday and still no call back! BEYOND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! CUSTOMER BEWARE! It is now Wednesday and Jenergy Air still hasn't called me back (not that I thought they would at this point). Very unprofessional!
