I was very impressed with Joel's knowledge of my problem and his ability to fix my AC so that it works correctly. He and his crew also replaced all of my ductwork in a very tight attic crawlspace. Their customer service is outstanding thanks to Jen. I highly recommend Jenergy Air Services.
A family run local AC company that shows up when they say they will. Mr. Reynolds is the most technically skilled AC tech I have ever seen. He was able to diagnose and fix a problem on my home AC. I have no doubt that other's would have simply tried to sell me a new unit. In the not to distant future I am sure I will need a new unit in my office. There is no doubt I will be giving them a call when I do. I highly recommend them.
Jenergy came and helped us out when our AC decided to make the house 5 degrees warmer than we set it to be. They were professional, fast, and did not tell us we needed a new unit. It seems that most of the time, we accept marginal service as the norm. I recently needed to have my AC system replaced. I contacted a couple of companies for quotes. One was Jenergy Air Services in Largo. Great service starts with the first contact. Everyone I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful and sounded like they loved their job. They got me a quote that day. The quote was very professional and provided me with a detailed list of everything they were going to do during the installation. The quote also gave me information and links to Duke Energy for rebates and tax credits. They also were able to get me a good price on an upgraded system that allowed me to get the energy rebate and tax credits.. In Florida in June, they were able to get me scheduled 3 business days from my call. The Installation went perfectly and the system is working beautifully. I rarely write reviews, but when I get great service, I feel a need to share it with the world that is accustomed to sub-par service. If you ever need AC service or a unit, I highly recommend you call Jenergy.

After receiving a few quotes from other A/C companies, we decided on Jenergy Air Services for several reasons.
Reason #1: Joel and his wife Jen are SUPER friendly and easy to talk with. Jen is high on life & you can tell she loves what she does. Joel is the mastermind who designed and implemented a whole makeover to our dated A/C (17 years old), HVAC, vents, and ductwork (think 1968 old). He s very detailed & absolutely won t leave your home until everything is working perfectly.
Reason #2: Their estimate for the job was reasonably priced & similar to other companies in the area.
Reason #3: They area a small local company with many years under their belts. Although the company is still relatively new, they were born to be A/C experts. Joel is probably the most educated A/C guy we know!
The job took a little longer than estimated, but we did have cold air by the end of day 2. We also had a worker s knee go through our ceiling (previous water damaged spot) & a phone fall behind our wall warranting a hole be cut out to retrieve it. They quickly contacted a drywall specialist to come & access. Drywall was completed within a week & they even had the specialist cover up an extra vent that we no longer needed in the ceiling.
Another point I d like to state is that everyone on the job site was very pleasant to be around. We have a toddler just learning to copy words and sometimes contractors can have a mouth on them. These guys are top notch. No foul language. Very professional.
About a week after installation, we received a nice folder in the mail containing our install invoice, system registration, their Cool Club membership information, business card, magnet, and welcome letter. Their marketing material is pretty sweet. Even Joel s YouTube channel is entertaining, haha!
Overall we were very impressed with Jenergy Air Services and we are happy to have found our forever A/C company.
I just have to leave a shout out to Jenergy for fantastic customer service and expertise. Jennifer tries to send someone out on the same day that I call. Joel, Chris and James are amazing and have come back to tweak things with our unit at no charge. That's right - NO CHARGE. Jenergy Air Services is AMAZING! I had an emergency situation in which my roofers punctured an AC line in the attic while they were stapling shingles. I called Jenergy, and wishing a couple of hours someone was at my house diagnosing and repairing the problem. Top notch customer service and even better service. Thank you Jennifer and Joel!
I just replaced my HVAC ductwork with the team members (Drew/Josh and Brian), couldn t ask for better service. I feel they went above and beyond my expectations. While I had a maintenance contract with another company, they found things that was missed from the other company and corrected it. Whey will definitely have my business from now on and I would highly recommend them for anybody that wants a honest and reliable air-conditioning company.

Called this company because I met the owner on a job site of mine. Joel was super nice. I recently purchased a house and the ac was installed wrong. I had them come out to give me an estimate on fixing this issue. I didn't use them because of there price to fix said issue. Two months later I'm charged an 89.00 Service fee. No one at the office ever said anything about being charged to give an estimate. If you like being charged for estimates this is the company to call.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

No matter what temperature I set on the thermostat, the temperature inside kept climbing. I thought I needed a new thermostat. Turns out, after a long investigation by Micah - the freon was so low that the AC froze up. In order to recharge the freon, the frozen parts needed to completely thaw - so very early the next morning, Micah was back to check everything out all over again, he restored the freon to the correct level, and all was well. Very pleased to have a cool house once more!
I m so happy I found their referral on the NextDoor app. Jennifer was extremely responsive and communicated effectively with coordinating the service call for a heating issue we were having.
The service call was great - on time, professional, courteous. Once fix was complete, everything was explained to include a promise to provide a quote on a future repair to improve the AC for the summer on some ductwork in the attic.
This is an exceptional family business that should be considered for your any of your HVAC needs.
