My air started acting up Tuesday night. I contacted Jen and she tried to help me trouble shoot it. No luck. She immediately got me an appointment for Wednesday and gave me a head's up as to what it may cost without seeing it. Richie got here and within in minutes had it diagnosed. It was exactly what Jen had said over the phone. Richie was awesome. he got it all done and even cleared up a bee's nest in my cu disconnect. This company goes above and beyond. They are truly great business owners. And all around great people. Thank you Jenergy for everything.
