Love absolutely everything about my experience with Jenergy!!! I had another AC company come out to service my AC unit when I woke up to no AC. They got the AC back up and running but told me that it was on it's last leg and needed to be replaced. Being the always cautious person that I am, I of course wanted 2 more opinions and quotes.
So -- I called Jenergy based on their great reviews. Joel came out and saw that my AC unit is not in fact DEAD. He did see 2 items that need some attention based on how they were installed. Bad duct set up and incorrect line for refrigerant. He said that while I don't have to do those things, they would make my system cool my house much better. He told me very honestly and in detail what to expect and a realistic time frame that my AC would continue to work. I can definitely live with that -- I would much prefer to plan the replacement as opposed to spur of the moment based on 1 opinion. Joel is VERY professional, knowledgeable and just an all around nice guy. I am thrilled that I called them!!! His ethics have made me a customer for life. If you need AC service, this is the company to call!!!!
