I am always impressed by my visit to Jay Wolfe Honda. Honda's are my favorite vehicles and the service at Jay Wolfe only validates my decision to drive a Honda. The facility is the best in the area. It is always clean, the staff are the most pleasant and accommodating, and the service is unmatched. I have been to other Honda dealerships and service centers, and while they all have good service, by far Jay Wolfe is number one all around. The refreshment center and waiting area is awesome!

It was my first time inquiring about options for leasing/buying a car and to my surprise, the process went rather seamlessly for me. Came to get CVT transmission oil for my 2015 Honda...

Came to get CVT transmission oil for my 2015 Honda Accord, guy at the parts department told me that for that year the it took Honda CVT fluid only so I believed him, he also said for a fluid change it required 3 quarts. So I got home, changed the fluid, and the transmission instantly started slipping. After doing more research I found out that it was supposed to take HCF-2 fluid and 4 quarts not 3, turns out the guy lied to us and now we have to change the transmission and it only had 15,000 miles on it.

I love this Dealership!! Just got my third lease vehicle from here. I have never had better customer service. They are the best!! They are easy to do business with, honest, fair and thorough. I love their lease upgrade program. They always call me with the latest deal and when I upgrade, I always pay less than my previous payment. These guys look out for their customers. If they call you or email you about upgrading, there is a good chance you will lower your current payment. Choose Jay Wolfe Honda for sales and service. You will love them!!! :)

VETERANS- Do NOT support this establishment. We had the most unpleasant experience with Peter at this dealership. Peter offered us a $500 Military Appreciation credit to only come back at the end of the deal and say his management would not honor this offer because we came with our own financing through our Navy Credit Union, which we were upfront about from the beginning. Not only did they literally lose a sale of a brand new vehicle over $500 dollars, but the salesman was VERY rude and abrasive after I said not honoring the deal he offered was disrespectful . Do yourself a favor and go to Olathe Honda if you would like to be treated with the respect you deserve.

This was my first car purchase at Jay Wolfe Honda. I visited several Honda dealerships in the Kansas City area but found this dealership's pricing was the most competitive for a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Accord. JC Prats (General Sales Manager) went ABOVE and BEYOND to earn my business. Customer service across the staff was top notch and exceeded my past car buying experience in every area. The Customer Lounge is the best I've seen in Kansas City. My drive time to the dealership is about 40 minutes away and I could easily drive to a much closer dealership, but my car buying experience was so outstanding that I will make the drive back to have my vehicle serviced at Jay Wolfe. Exceptional 5 Star Experience!

I have never had such an awesome experience purchasing a car before. From the moment I came on the Showroom floor to the moment I left the building, I am greeted and managed very professionally and courteously. I have to state that I did have a major problem, with a previously purchased Honda Odyssey I owned. The General Manager Brian, was incredible. From the moment I had the opportunity to speak with him, he assured me that he would resolve my problem, and restore my faith in Honda. I am not often a lack for words, but believe me I have never ever had better customer service provided to me in resolving an issue and purchasing a new car any better than what Brian and his team (Kim and Russ) provided for me. The customer experience was on the level of a 5 -Star Hotel. And I have stayed a many. Thanks Brian!

My wife seems to have had a pleasant experience. The staff treated her fairly well and completed the requested services in a timely manner while she waited. As can be expected of all dealerships, the prices may be a bit high compared to a regular mechanic or lube shop. However, I can justify spending a bit more and having peace of mind that someone familiar with Honda's has serviced my vehicle.

I had visited other dealerships and Jay Wolfe was by far the best one. I was able to find the car I wanted for a lower price than what the other dealerships were offering. Furthermore the staff was kind and informative not pushy or trying hard to sell me a specific product. However the car had several transmission problems and I had to get a whole new one installed. Even so the team was great and quick about everything. Overall I am happy and would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in buying a Honda.

Jay Wolfe Honda has always done a great job taking care of me and our 2 Honda. Courteous, knowledgable staff and fair pricing are why I come back. Another big reason to go to Jay Wolfe is the over the top concierge and waiting area and the one way shuttle to where ever you need to go. Very convenient.

Service was courteous and efficient. I trust that the maintenance done for my car were necessary because I like to be proactive to prevent a break down. However I know I pay a higher price for these services when I go to the dealer. For basic repairs such as brakes I plan to go to an independent car mechanic whom I trust rather than the dealer. Cost will always trump courteous and efficient in my mind. So I loved it but it was too expensive.

I ve purchased a handful of cars from dealerships over the years. I truly have to say, this was my single best experience. My wife and I told them we have a 6 month old in tow that has an extremely small awake window. They completely accommodated us, processed the whole deal in under an hour.

They re super friendly and arguably most importantly, honest. We contacted 20 dealerships nationwide looking for a Type R, most of them greedily wanted an additional $5k surcharge over MSRP. Jay Wolfe did not. They were completely honest and fair.

I would recommend anyone to Jay Wolfe based on my experience with them. Thank you Kim and Jessica for a wonderful experience!!

Steve is always very helpful by letting me know if something needs to be concerned about with my car. He alerted me that my windshield blades needed to be replaced and also give me information on where to go to get an estimate about some minor body repairs on my car. I just go into the customer waiting area and wait for my car, Ladies at the snack bar are very courteous about checking to see if we are comfortable of if we would like a snack. If you have to wait for your car to be repaired, this is a great place to do that. I like the friendliness of the staff, they make you feel appreciated.

They will tell you one price and deal you with some other price. If you question them Manager shout at you. When you leave ....after 2 hours they will call you telling that you are really smart that you didn't fall for their pressure.

My experience with Jay Wolfe Honda and salesman, Nate Overmon, was great! My wife and I especially appreciated not being pressured to buy or to hurry with the decisions. Nate was very well informed about the 2 models we were interested in so it was easier to make the best choice for us. We were very comfortable asking questions, test driving both vehicles, and even with food and drink in the wait times. The process of buying a vehicle and learning about a new car went so smoothly that we are now enjoying our new 2014 Honda Crosstour. :)

I brought my 2016 Honda Civic in for service today...

I brought my 2016 Honda Civic in for service today complaining of possible bad wheel bearings and a tire which keeps leaking air.

When checking in, I was told by Adam in service that based on the "quick-check" that I did not need an alignment and that they would check out the wheel bearings.

When Adam called me, he said that the technichian recommended 4 new tires and alignment; although he had told me that I didn't need one earlier. I asked if the technician had even looked at my ball bearings and Adam told me be didn't know, even though that was the issue I believed my car to be having based on all the research I have read and talking with others about how my car has been acting.

Basically, my chief complaint about my car wasn't even looked at and this dealership would have had me pay for 4 new tires and not even fix the issue. The kicker is I had just had my oil changed here a few weeks ago and was told I only need one new tire.

So I go from only needing one new tire to 4 new tires in a matter of weeks? Give me a break, don't service your vehicle here.

UPDATE: After seeing the above review, Brian called me the same day and understood that my issue had not been properly dealt with. Brian went above-and-beyond, offering to keep my car over the weekend and re-address the issue on Monday with the service manager. Brian also provided me with a freshly-washed and fully-gassed loaner vehicle for me to use over the holiday weekend. I greatly appreciate Brian's efforts to get to the bottom of my vehicle's issues.

I love Honda's friendly service and it was a good experience except that after the service was done it took way too long for them to wash the car. I could have taken it down the street to the $3 car wash, waited in their long line and still gotten out faster. We all expect to wait for good service and really appreciate the wash but could you please find some way of speeding the wash part up. Sorry, but thanks.

Very disappointed that they always try to add services on that they say are needed. I advised I had the service done and the guy checked and kept saying that it was done 6 months before I purchased the car. Then he finally found that I had the service done 6 months after they had already done it. I was furious. I was told this only needed to be done every three years. Here I am trusting that they are advising me of things I need done and not lying about it and once I called him out on it, he said it didn t get done 6 months before. I m beyond upset.

I would definitely look for him to purchase again or recommend him-- No pressure and honest seeming. My experience began at a Honda dealership near my home. After spending 30 minutes on the lot without receiving any help, I decided to venture out to Jay Wolfe Honda. From the moment I stepped on the lot I knew this would be a very different experience. Erica Braidlow walked out of the doors and was a breathe of fresh air. From the first introduction to delivery she was outstanding. Our model was not available at the time and Erica kept in constant contact with us throughout the process. Once the vehicle arrived we completed the credit app online and met with Erica to complete the purchase. We then met another great Jay Wolfe Employee named Amir. My experience with Amir was seamless and simple. All of the other employees were great as well. AVOID at all costs! They don't understand the concept of keeping an appointment, refuse to accommodate when things don't turn out right.

Story: Called a week in advance to make an early am appointment, was told it was a 1hr job, get there on time for my appointment, and was told would be done by noon. I was refused a loaner, and this was my only vehicle but was given a ride home via shuttle. I called at 4 to see where it was and still hadn't been in, was told they would check on it and call me back. Had to call back at 5:30 to see where it was and still wasn't finished.
So I have to clear out 2 days of my schedule so I can wait till the car gets finished with no other means of transportation. Still no ETA on when it will be done.

Worked with a sales person who knew the vehicle features and loan information very well. I would expect nothing less from a sales person. I was told that no one else in the metro would beat their deal, "we have the highest sales volume." I would expect nothing less from a sales person. I did not like the offer and countered with a lower offer. I was told to go talk to other dealers in the metro because I didn't understand the real value of the van, and I would find no one who would beat Jay Wolfe (JW)...but if they did by some chance I should call the sales person before I made a deal with anyone else. It took several hours of games to get to this point but OK, I'm happy to let dealers battle for my money. The next dealer I went to beat JW by 800 without me trying anything, just walked in said what I wanted how much do you want for it. Further negotiations dropped it to 1200 below JW. The next place I went to ended up 1700 below JW! I understand sales people will push the truth and use emotional tactics to get you to trust them so you will purchase from them. They plied me with fancy sandwiches, cookies, and psychobabble. I had a sense of "Come in here kid. We'll get you out of the rain, get you warm, and take great care of you." They said, "you don't want to spend hours of your time just to eventually beat this deal by $50 do you? Your time is worth more than that isn't it?" Yes it is JW, no thank you for wasting my time. I did not call JW to ask them to try to beat the better. They didn't even try to come close to what they could have so that tells me they have no respect for me. I won't claim to know how all the JW sales people/managers would treat you. After working with other dealers who got to far better prices in less than an hour I would suggest not going to JW for your vehicle needs. I'm not mad at them for wanting to profit. I know we all have to make a living but I'll be living with $1700 extra because I didn't fall for their tactics. Respect yourself, shop around, work them over, get a real deal for yourself. I'll give this to JW; other dealers weren't as fancy as JW but it's a Honda!! How often are you going to be at the dealer anyway?? Typically speaking, not that often, that's why you are buying a Honda.

Steve in the service department got my car in right away (I ran over a curb and car sounded like a jack hammer). I was fearful of a huge car repair bill. When he told me the heat shield caused the vibration and all I needed was an alignment, I was thrilled!

The only reason why I gave it only 4 stars instead of 5 is because they'll shuttle you only in one direction. You have to find a ride in the other direction. At the breakfast/snack bar they had a couple of ladies serving customers, which was awesome, but I honestly prefer to get a ride both ways and serve my own breakfast. I love that they offer food/drinks, the staff everywhere was very nice, and they got done with my car ahead of schedule, which is always great! Not to mention they wash your car afterwards. I had to take care of recalls on my vehicle. Other than that I have not used them for any repairs.

I am so pleased with the way my purchase went today! If I could recommend anyone, Peter Merrill, Afshin (sp?), and Chris Berry were all amazing guys to work with!!!! They all helped me tremendously with my car buying experience and were very knowledgeable about everything! I walked away with a brand new Honda Civic Sport and could not be happier! I had a great experience at Jay Wolfe Honda and would definitely recommend someone who is looking to get excellent customer service and get things done in a timely fashion to stop in. I had limited time frames to get the new car purchased due to a busy schedule and still got things wrapped up in a timely manner. To ensure a legitimate customer experience, Justin went and got me dinner as we finished up paperwork (I did not have time to eat coming from work). I greatly appreciate the effort he and the team put in working with an out-of-town cosigner. A lot of moving parts and still made it happen. Thanks again to Jay Wolfe Honda!

Peter was our salesman. With a busy life with 2 small children, we did not have any time to come into the sales room. We contacted Jay Wolfe and were put with Peter. He helped us work out a deal in September but we weren't ready yet. Peter than contacted us again in December to follow up and worked another great deal for us! We did almost everything via phone/email; and finished off last night! Peter was very responsive and helpful along the way.
