Non pressured approach & I appreciated that. Diane is a go getter and was consistent in emailing me that she was available whenever I was ready. Finally I decided I was ready ; gave her my info on the car I was looking for and low & behold, she made it happen.

Diane and her finance guy made the experience so much more enjoyable.
