I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 AM to have my car's oil changed. After they took my car the guy tells me my car will be ready in 1 or 2 hours. I called 2 hours later and the mechanic hasn't even looked at my car yet. They said it was next in line and it would be another 2 hours before the work is done. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they aren't going to look at it when scheduled? The service department is run very poorly. They have no respect for people's time. An oil change is an extremely easy procedure and takes little time to complete. I don't have a ride to pick my car up because my friend who was going to take me has other obligations. Needless to say I am extremely upset at the poor service I have received.

Great experience! From sales to finance the team at Jay Wolfe takes the time to really understand your needs. The whole process was pretty painless with every step being explained which was refreshing after having some not so great experiences at other dealerships. We had our two small children with us which I'm sure you can imagine was stressful. Our salesman Luis (who was fantastic to work with!) got them all set up in their children's area with games, puzzles and plenty of things to do to keep them entertained. I am very happy with our purchase and would definately recommend Jay Wolfe if you're in the market for a car.
I have been calling and leaving messages for Finance department for four months trying do you cancel my extended warranty because I m trading my car in I have also came in and filled out the paperwork and still no refund I have four days till I buy my new car that I ordered and I don t know If they ever get this done.

Hubby, Steve, has been wanting and NEEDING a new car for several years but at my urging decided to wait until he retired to find his ideal RETIREMENT VEHICLE. Then the decision was whether to buy it in WA state or KS where we were planning to retire. KS won because of being able to develop long term relationship with the dealer. After researching online and deciding between a 2020 Toyota Rav4 and a Honda Passport ----the new Honda Passport won out "HANDS DOWN". Now for the search of the dealer. We decided to go through Costco for pricing. Costco is very picky on which dealers they work with and Jay Wolfe was the closes to us---22 minutes away, in the adjoining state!! BUT, it was worth checking out this place. Steve went there first, spoke with Peter Merrill, and test drove a new Passport (not the color or trim level he was looking for). HOWEVER, he felt he should also check out other dealers CLOSER, so decided to visit a closer dealer, 5 minutes away but not Costco recommended. We both went, test drove a Passport, again, not the desired color, and talked to a sales person. They were able to come within a few hundred in price BUT after going home and thinking it over, Steve decided to drive the extra distance to purchase his RETIREMENT VEHICLE at Jay Wolfe (in the adjoining state!) from Peter. I have to admit, Peter made the difference!! After much searching Peter located the exact color and trim package we wanted, drove it back to Jay Wolfe, spent time explaining all the details of how to use these "new fangled" electronics PLUS he set up our memory seat settings to drive and connected both our phones by blue tooth----in-depth instructions followed!! At our age, just setting those up and learning to use is a big task but Peter made it easy for us. Josh, the finance manager, made the money part easy and painless PLUS we were thrilled to find that Jay Wolfe provided more free extras, oil changes etc., than the closer dealer. PLUS they threw in the fancy floor mats that Steve had planned to buy later for those snowy mid-west winters------just because they were already in the beautiful pearl white 2020 Honda Passport EX-L when Peter went up to Tiffany Springs to pick it up!!! Our new baby is resting comfortably in our garage. Thank you Jay Wolfe Honda, Josh Pop, and especially Peter Merrill for helping Steve find his dream RETIREMENT VEHICLE------we love you guys!!!

It was my first visit to Jay Wolfe Honda Service department. I took my new Honda Fit for its first service. The staff, Joshua very courteous and walked me through various indications on dash board to watch out for. The service department have free wi-fi to keep you engaged while you are waiting. There is a children play area where small kids can be engaged. They even have complimentary coffee, sodas and snacks to enjoy as you wait.The staff at lounge are friendly and I enjoyed their hospitality. The whole experience was so pleasant and I am very impressed. Keep up the good work, Jay Wolfe Honda.

Chase Harrington in service is so awful at customer service. He needs to be trained how to talk to guests and not lie! Brought my car in for oil change on a Saturday and he told me "your warranty will be voided if you don't get these maintenance items done in the next 30 days and it costs 175.00". So I was running around trying to find my service contract and worried why my warranty would be cancelled. Monday comes along and my check engine light is now on and flashing some things. I called to see if I could bring my car down and see what my contract entails and I was transferred to Chase, as he had "helped" me on Saturday. This guy actually had the WORST ATTITUDE and talked to me like I was stupid and raised his voice at me as I asked him about my car and my contract. Absolutely sickening. I talked to Trent the manager who said he is going to talk to Chase and hopefully RETRAIN him on how to talk to customers and not lie about their warranty being voided. My warranty is not voided, my service contract is not voided, so why lie? Next time I come in, I hope he doesn't come near my car or me. I will NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. Save your money and go elsewhere and definitely don't listen to anything chase says.
I had the recent pleasure of being assisted by Rob Bray when I came in for service. He was so kind and listened to all my questions and provided me with fast and sufficient answers. I had a 10am apt for regular maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) and was previously told I d be done by 2pm. Thanks to Rob and the efficient service team I was out of there before 11am! I had a 7 am appointment and was told should take 3 to 4 hours. First call 8:20 So whats the car here for. Oh and by the way let me sell you some service. No thanks lets figure out whats wrong with it first. Second call 10:40 hey there is a couple of issues with the car let me sell you something. I asked if they figured out what was wrong with the initial reason I brought the car in for. No not yet. I said lets figure this out first. Then silence. I called the receptionist 5:30pm who transferred me and disconnected me. I called back was transferred again and went into a an endless loop music fora few minutes then you have reached the service department voicemail is full this went on for ten minutes. I hang up and call back tell the receptionist what is going on she transfers me to someone who looks up my service tech tries to reach him and he is with another customer. Mind you I was told 3 to 4 hours I hear nothing after I ask can we concentrate on finding the issue and now they are closing in 10 minutes and I have no clue whats going on. I ask to speak to the general Manager get put on hold. Nobody comes back so I eventually hang up. 30 seconds later the tech Kevin calls me. We can't figure out whats wrong. Tells me he, the service tech and the supervisor have been working on this all day long and can't figure it out. He proceeds to asks me some questions, when he asks me what model car is it that I dropped off. I lost all faith, they have been working on it all day and he doesn't know what model car it is. WOW. I tell him have the car ready I'm coming to pick it up. When I show up 5 minutes later he says since you and I spoke I figured out what it is. It's your software update version of your phone. Honda doesn't support all of them. 11 hours to figure this out and no communication. He goes on to saying if it happens again take a picture and bring it back. How is this different then me explaining exactly what its doing. Poor service and no communication. Almost ready to upgrade our second car, can assure you it won't be Jay Wolfe Honda

The staff was extremely helpful on this visit. I brought my car in for standard maintenance. I then forgot the time the dealership closed and arrived to pick up my vehicle 15 min after closing time. The staff went ahead and checked me out so I would have my vehicle as this was on Saturday evening. They saved me an early morning trip and a day without my vehicle.
Impossible to get a hold of them to through Honda Canada to get my car taken in for an airbag recall. Honda Canada and myself have contacted them a few times and I have never received a call back to make an appointment to get my car brought in. I have now contacted Honda Canada and requested my car to be serviced at a different location. It shouldn't take four months of back and forth to get a recall taken care of. Never had this experience with ANY other location.
We had a good experience buying our 2019 Honda Passport. We used the Costco Auto program. In stock vehicles and pricing were discussed in our first phone contact. At the dealership, we were met at the door and introduced to our sales associate, Tony. Discussion on the trade in and complete deal were easy. We finished the paperwork just after their closing time. Tony had the car on the showroom floor with a big red bow. We were impressed with the whole experience.
I would give Byron Hughes a +10 score. He made sure my experience was great. He provided through information without my feeling overwhelmed. Service was done in a timely manner and as busy as they were, I felt my service was his top priority.
If you are going to do business here I recommend Erica Braidlow. She did an outstanding job during, before, and after the sale. Followed-up nicely in a low key sort of way. Amir in the business office did a nice job and kept the process moving. However, the concept of buying an extended warranty really bothers me. Honda has great cars. Why not make their warranty longer and remove the pressure of the extended warranty process from the sale. I think most car dealers try to sell you the extended warranty, so nothing unusual here.
Had a headlight go out suddenly...was leaving town on a business trip. Got in with no appointment and was back on the road in a little over an hour. Got to enjoy a delicious lunch on the house while I waited. Excellent customer service! Thanks.

Just bought a new Odyssey from Erica. She was very patient and informative, we had a great experience. Lounge offers complimentary food and coffee and includes a kids room full of toys to entertain little ones while you shop or wait for repairs. A great feature for families.

The service tech stated that the oil change and checkup of vehicle would be about 45 minutes to an hour. However, the service time was one hour and fifteen minutes. I would have appreciated a courtesy update stating taking longer to review. Also, free wi-fi would be a nice addition while waiting for vehicle to be services.

Salesman Tony answered and solved all my questions and the Manager(i don't know his name) made the deal come through without a problem. I have worked with salesperson Russ for several months regarding the purchase of a new Honda Pilot. He respectively kept in touch during the interim. When it came time to buy, he was there to answer any questions I need and locate the exact vehicle I needed. The closing of the sale was very low pressure and friendly. Russ took the time to fill out a worksheet of vehicle configuration options and then go through the actual setup of all the features. I left the dealership, in my new vehicle knowing how to use it all and where to go if I wanted to change it. I will gladly drive from the northland for this type of customer service.
Getting my oil changed is a fun outing! We came in yesterday and my 2 little boys enjoyed some Lamar's donuts and juice then played in the toy room. We had a great time, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the service was quick and excellent. I highly recommend them!

We came in on a Saturday just to see what our options were for trading in my vehicle and upgrading to a Honda CR-V since we recently added a little one to our family. We were kindly introduced to Erica who not only met but exceeded our expectations! She was more than happy and willing to work with us to get us a CR-V without breaking the budget. Erica and her sales manager were excellent to work with and I would highly recommend coming to Jay Wolfe Honda if you're looking for a new, pre-owned or leased car. They have impeccable service and pastries from McLain's as an added bonus!
This was the best oil change experience I have ever had. Nothing can compare to the concierge lounge. The food and hospitality were thoroughly enjoyable, and very much appreciated at the end of a busy day.
This was my second trip in for an oil change since my 2014 CRV purchase. I panicked when I realized I had already driven 4,500 without an oil change on my new car. I showed up for my first appointment and they said my car wasn't ready yet for the first oil change. He said the car would tell me when it was time. Trent then answered all of my questions about my vehicle. My oil light finally came on at 6000 miles. They set me up with an appointment immediately since I was down the street. This time Jeff also took great care of me. This was almost as relaxing as a pedicure.
Had tires rotated. Shortly after leaving the TPMS light came on. The tires were under inflated and all different pressures. Had to reset TPMS after inflating all the tires. Valve stem cover was loose on one tire and missing on another.
There was no issue when the car was brought in. The check list should the tires were checked and inflated on the visit.
After great service in the past this visit was disappointing.
It took 4 hours (with a scheduled appointment) to get an oil change and tire rotation. Service did not even begin until I had been waiting for 2 hours. The online "Jay Wolfe Recommended Service" which included the oil change and tire rotation quoted a price of $21.95. I shared a screenshot of the list of services with the price quoted but was still charged over $60. I was told "Yeah, we need to get that fixed." This is an example of extremely poor customer service.
I've been to many Honda dealerships to have my car regularly serviced and this one is definitely the best! I was welcomed right away by the staff and they explained to me the prices and details of service options. They didn't push me to have any service done that I did not want. And the waiting area is awesome - free sandwiches, chips, drinks, etc. while you wait and free Wi-Fi. My service was promised to be done in 1.5 hours and they finished in just over an hour.
The service department basically told me my car was junk because I didn't go there for every service. I have been in there more than once when they tell me there is a major issue that needs fixed. I end up going to my service place and they tell me it is not needed. I have now avoided Jay Wolfe all together. For any dealer service I have performed, I go to O'Neill Honda in OP. They are much more honest.
Overall very friendly and quick. Got me in for maintenance same day. Got me in and out quickly. Much appreciated!
Did forget to check an issue I asked about ,but we discussed that after ticket was written up so may have forgotten. Though I've mentioned same issue at Olathe Honda store as well. With no ideas. This store mentioned it may be struts/bushings,but should be safe unless a lot worse. I suppose ok. However I'd like these things/complaints to be noted for warranty purposes. Also ,while I like my civic a lot, I'm disappointed that a car this new ,specifically a Honda, would have such an expensive mechanical issue so soon and at such low mileage. It does not bode well for the quality I assumed I would be getting when purchasing a Honda. If I didn't care about these kind of reliability issues I could have bought a lesser brand of vehicle.
People were charming and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable, however it took over 2 hours to change the oil and to get a tire rotation!!! Price was reasonable.

I find that some sales representatives can be a bit rude, . I have gotten lucky with a few in the past. Otherwise the work they do is great and reliable.
