After the long and arduous process of purchasing a pre-owned car from Jay-Wolfe, I returned a couple weeks later to retrieve my title. First, the salesman who helped in the process of buying the car- no longer even worked their. I waited 45 minutes for someone to finally help me and bring the news that, my title had been lost. So, now the temporary tags i got for my car are expired, and all the money i set aside to get my car titled and tag had to be used for other essential things. Jay-Wolfe has never once offered any severance pay. The team members their are very lackadaisical and don't know how to run a professional car dealership. In conclusion, if you are looking for a new car, I would highly recommend any other dealership than Jay-Wolfe Honda.

Need to inform customers that their bill might be larger than expected ahead of their appointment. I went expecting a $65.00 bill and it was over $300.00. Not good for someone on a fixed income. In the future I might have to find somewhere that does not charge as much.

I guess He only give you the time of day if you buy something . My mother wanted to get the car as she drove from Topeka . A customer is a customer not a number for a quota remember this as the customer may come back over and over . next time a short text or email would be better .

From beginning to end, I had a great experience with Jay Wolfe. This is the third vehicle I've bought from there in the last 12 years and all three times, I've had excellent service. Kris was our Sales Consultant and he was great! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very patient. I didn't feel too pressured at all. Him and his manager did everything they could to ensure I received everything we wanted in a family vehicle and stayed in the price range we needed to be. I would definitely recommend Jay Wolfe Honda to anyone I know looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Friendly personnel and a very nice waiting room. A little more expensive then other dealers, but you are treated very well for the extra cost. Been coming here for a few years, still good service. They also have a shuttle service, which is extremely helpful if you don t want to wait. The do have a nice waiting area with complimentary items to eat.

While the staff seems friendly, customer service is poor. With the two problems I've had with my brand new Honda CR-V touring, I now am up to over four phone messages left with them that have never been returned. They have a hard time determining what the issue is, they have a hard time scheduling me for an appointment, they are not the nicest on the phone, and as I said before even after leaving two messages with the manager about not having return phone calls I'm still not having return phone calls. I will buy my next car from any dealership other than Jay Wolfe.

Oh, and the last time I had a scheduled appointment with them, they said it would take 3 hours to complete the work they needed to do. 8 hours later my car still was not done. The service Tech told me that they ended up being busier than anticipated and couldn't get to my car. This was even when I had an appointment to have my car worked on! So they were taking other people's cars that didn't have appointment ahead of mine. Customer service?

Chris (sales guy) was great and helpful. The dealer was clean and they have a great kids area. They have a food bar free for customers (was very nice). The purchase of the new car there was great and was a great price. The only thing I would add as a bit of a negative was how long it took to get the paperwork portion done for the Honda financing. I waited at least 3 hours for my 'turn' to work with the finance guy. my credit is great and they gave me a fair loan.... it was just a VERY slow process.

Your service dept. is alway attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Your refreshment and customer food and pastry area is phenomenal - tasty and fresh too - and meets the customer's needs. It does for me, especially, when having and hour or more stay for vehicle service which I often do. My grand daughter just loves all the goodies ... you know the old saying...."like a kid in a candy store!" Your receptionist at your front entrance is always smiling, courteous and friendly. Why just yesterday she helped with finding a glove I had lost on my new Accord purchase drive out. Always, a special thank you to Kris Puszynski - a great and helpful person, a friend, and our sales consultant director - and a reason We keep returning to J. Wolfe Honda. I had an appointment to have an engine light checked out. I was there over 3 hours before I found someone to give me an update. Turns out that a part needed to be ordered and I would have to come back for the repair. I was charged $149 for the diagnosis of the problem. I wish someone would have provided me an update of the issue, my options and what work was going to be done that day, and an ETA so I didn't spend my entire Saturday afternoon waiting in the lounge. I'm still waiting on a call back about the part. Someone called yesterday to ask about my visit, and said that they would check on the part status and call me right back. I never got the call.

I just had my 4th visit to fix this problem. After another $680 (had to spend $1500 for parts and labor to try to resolve it the first time) I have been told that the problem(s) with my emission system are resolved. The service person who helped me this time was very friendly and provided a lot of information.

Great place, great building, service department looked great, pretty girl and lots of treats in the customer lounge. That's what I found. However, their new car inventory was very low and they did not have the car we wanted. After trying to sell us something else they then rather reluctantly told us they could find one for us at another dealer. In the meantime we shopped a few other dealers and upon returning to Jay Wolfe with another dealers offer in hand we were told by their sales manager that their offer was the best in town and no way would that other
store honor their telephone price to us when we got there in person. Bottom line...other dealer honored their original price which beat Jay Wolfe's best price by hundreds of $'s. So, be careful when shopping at Jay Wolfe Honda. They are the one's who did not back up their offer.

I picked this dealership because of the good reviews on google, however, this second service was far from satisfactory. After my service, I noticed scratches on my car. I worked with the management to get that dealt with. It got done eventually. But one of the management employees had doubts of whether I was truthful or not. This, however, is acceptable. I do understand their skepticism in this case. Later, I realized that they checked the box on my wiper fluid being filled up. Alas, a week after the service, I noticed that the fluid was empty. The service department did not even check it. On my second run at the service department, I did inform Kevin about this. He refilled the fluid. I also have to mention the shuttle service. On my second visit to the service department, the shuttle service did drop me off but no one mentioned then that there wouldn't be a pick-up afternoon. I had to walk to the dealership. Although I didn't mind this, but. customers should be informed. They did something similar in the first visit as well. The person who booked my appointment marked me for a pickup/drop-off on a Saturday. It is on the email if the management wants to check. At the end of the day, the car seems fine, but I have no certainty whether they really did check anything on the service at all apart from the oil change. This seems really hazardous if I think of it. I want to let people be careful and cautious when dealing with this dealership. I hope my review nudges an improvement in quality control.

It should not take 1hr and 40m to do an oil change, especially of I have an appointment. I don't want or need and multi-point vehicle inspection. Just change my oil and I'll be on my way. I'll just go back to doing it on my own, especially since Wal-Mart has Mobile 1 for $25 for 5qts.

This is the only dealership I actually don't mind sitting in for an hour and a half while my car is serviced. They have a food counter with a small breakfast and lunch menu, a fairly large toy area with a Wii for the kids, and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. In addition, knowing my car is in very capable hands back in the service center gives me great peace of mind.

Roger drove me to work when I needed to leave my car overnight and picked me up in the morning from my home once my car was finished. Everything went smoothly, and communication since that time has been excellent. I don't have to have my car serviced at the dealership but I do, because the service is impeccable (and they serve free food and drinks while you wait!). The staff were very professional and helpful. I initially went in just for an oil change, tire rotation, muffler and heater repair but found out my airbags had been recalled so they took care of that for me and, since the muffler wasn't going to be in for a few days, they provided me a courtesy car to get around. Robert was very helpful and informative during the process and worked with me to make sure the price stayed at or below what he initially quoted me. The lounge was quite a surprise as well with the coffee and refreshments that were available which made some of the wait better. Overall a good experience.

So I traded in my old "baby" a Nissan 350Z, these guys made it absolutely painless! I got a great deal on a Ford F 150 Crew Cab and couldn't be happier. I've been taking my Honda Civic Hybrid to Jay Wolfe for years, and had a wonderful experience recently.

In February, I had to have some work done, and then about a week ago I started noticing a leak coming from somewhere under the hood.

When I brought it to the dealership, Roberto Magana was my service advisor. I spoke with home about the recent service done and the new leak, and he promised to have the technicians thoroughly assess the car. He called later that day and explained what they had found: the sealant applied during the recent service had failed and needed to be reapplied. He asked if I could leave the car for a few days, as the best course of action would be to reapply the sealant, have it thoroughly dry, then fill the reservoir and test the seal. I agreed, and two days later was able to pick up the car.

I very much appreciate Roberto's dedication to diagnosing what was wrong with my car and devising the best solution, even if it took more time. By the way--there's no leak now, and they did not charge me for the work (as it was related to the prior service).

Have always had my Accord serviced at Jay Wolfe since I purchased it there in 2007. The service department staff is always very professional. They are always happy to explain to me what my car needs and they keep me informed along the way of what they find. The price for their work is competitive and it is important to me that my car is being serviced by Honda experts.
The new lounge area is a very pleasant place to wait! With free Wi-Fi, I can make the lounge my office while I wait for my car to be serviced! And the staff always seem to go out of their way to make my wait more comfortable.
So glad I purchased my car from Jay Wolfe. Not only was the experience of purchasing my car a very positive one, keeping up with the maintenance on my car is also very positive. Everyone I have ever dealt with is sincere and hard-working. I love being a Jay Wolfe customer and plan to always be one!

The entire staff at Jay Wolfe Honda, to include khris, Kim and Courtney, give nothing but the most delightful and personal experience when it comes to the business. I've dealt with car salesmen back on the East Coastm and it's always "buy buy buy". Here at Jay Wolfe, it was a totally laid back experience. Everyone took their time to discuss things other than "shop business". They're great- I have no other way of describing my experience. This crew knows their job, they know the product they're selling, and they know how to make it a relaxing experience. I know that once I"m in the market for another car, they'll definitely be the only dealership that will get my business!

I ve always had good experiences here, from first buying a car to every subsequent visit for regular service. When I make a service appointment I always get in and processed right away and my car comes back clean and damage free. Everyone that works here is nice. The service center is large, clean, and wide open and the waiting lounge is comfortable with lots of seating and free snacks and drink. I would definitely buy another vehicle here.

I should also add that when I recently visited everyone was in masks and I saw technicians cleaning the insides of cars. There was hand sanitizer everywhere. I felt safe here, unlikely other businesses I ve visited.

My oil change took a little over two hours, which was long in my opinion, especially when I had made an appointment, but it was consistent with what he told me, so I had a choice to wait or not.

The fact that a lot of people take their vehicles to Jay Wolfe means they appreciate the service. I m sure I ll be back!

I dropped my car off the afternoon before my appointment, and I had a call at 7:30 the next morning, which was 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment, that it was ready for me to pick up at my convenience.

I live in Southwest Missouri and was visiting a friend in KC. So decided to have my service done while in KC. From the moment I drove my car into the service bay, I was welcomed by everyone who I came into contact with. I actually enjoyed being a customer. Even the two hour service was over before I knew it. I have a CRV and choose to have the oil changed at a dealership for my own peace of mind. I have had my car serviced here twice and both times took almost two hours. The waiting room is nice, and there are snacks and drinks provided, however; I wish there was a MUCH shorter wait time. I called and made an appointment, and I would rather have been given a different day or time than waiting so long. It shows a lack of respect for the customer and their time. It was a simple oil change not a complicated engine problem.

Faithfully took my car in for oil change and maintenance checks every three months. My car stalled in the middle of Overland Park traffic. On my visit to Honda to inquire why they didn't see the problem which left me stranded, they informed me I needed so many repairs that I should just buy a new car! Manager told me, "No, it just needed some tender loving care." That's why I took it to them faithfully in the first place. I guess they have their own ideas of who's worthy of Honda's service because they certainly didn't keep me informed. I take my car to a local dealer I can trust and pay a fraction of the cost. Honda can keep its fancy concierge.
