Everyone and every experience that I have had at Jay Wolfe has been remarkably pleasant ,comfortable and quick. I can't recommend them enough to any and all looking to be treated honestly and respectfully. It is a pleasure dealing with them and an even greater pleasure driving a great car.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! We have been with Jay Wolfe Honda for years! We recently got our daughter her first car ..2019 Honda Fit...she loves it!! Kim Mohammad was amazing!! Amir was the first salesman we worked with when we first came to Jay Wolfe...he is now in the financial dept so we still get to work with him. He also is amazing!! They never pressure you. They treat you like family. They know vehicle s. They don t try to sell you something you don t want. They work with you and your budget!! Kim kept us posted on our daughters car by text which was great! We drive over an hour and 1/2 one way to go to Jay Wolfe Honda that s how much we love going there!! Oh and they have an awesome snack bar!!! Ask for Kim Mohammad when go there!! He goes above and beyond to help you get the right car on the right budget!

Awesome experience! I went in not really expecting to buy a car but checking out prices. I was so impressed with the service I received from Luis and Jim that I decided to buy a car that day from them. I couldn't be happier with my new Civic and knowing that I have a great place to refer my friends to as well as my future car needs.

This was my first experience with Jay Wolfe Honda. I chose to go to their Service dept because it is close to my work location. They were extremely helpful, polite, and professional. The customer lounge is beautiful. They shuttled me to work so that I could leave my vehicle. The whole experience was top-notch. Robert, in Service, was great!

No one called me until the day I was supposedly scheduled and when I called them before I started the guy is saying it's just first come first serve. I had been shopping around for pricing to get my timing belt replaced on my 2006 Honda Accord that I recently purchased. The team at Jay Wolfe was great not only with the price (which was really important) but just with their customer service. I didn't feel like they were pressuring me into buying more parts but they gave recommendations for work that would need to be taken care of in the future. Their customer lounge is just awesome, however the chips for their nachos were stale.

Have always gone to Carmax before, and Jay Wolfe was my first dealership experience in regards to actually purchasing a car. It was great! Chris made the experience of purchasing a new car very easy and pain-free; he was not pushy whatsoever when I took a couple of days to decide between going with a used vs new vehicle. (When other dealerships were blowing up my phone.) Chris answered all of our questions, and I was confident in his knowledge of the brand. Josh in finance was also a delight to work with. (And the lounge IS pretty cool!)

I bought a car from Jay Wolfe recently. The paperwork at closing had a mistake that I did not catch since a buyer has to sign so many different items. Anyway, they made a mistake - I overpaid - they agreed that they made a mistake and they were going to send me a check for the overpayment. IT'S BEEN TWO MONTHS AND NO CHECK HAS BEEN SENT! Every time I call they tell me that the corporate office is holding up the process. IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM THEM MAKE SURE THE NUMBERS ADD UP otherwise you might end up like me.

They eventually fixed the issue and sent us a check after I posted this review. I hope this was an isolated problem. On the plus side their car repair department is very good!

This time, however, after rotating and balancing my tires, I had a low pressure warning light light up the next morning and had to fill one of the tires. Mostly I've had great experiences there.

My wife and I were thrilled with Jay Wolfe Honda. They treated us great from the moment we walked through the door until we drove away in our new car. They were always willing to help us get complimentary food and drinks from their lounge, and were always making sure we had everything we needed. It was great working with Chris, James, and Brad. They never made us feel uncomfortable and made sure we understood everything throughout the entire car buying process.

Jay Wolfe Honda quintessentially has the best staff, as well as the most expert of service departments. Recently, I took my car in to have it's initial oil change, and tire inspection. I was informed that the tire was damaged, and had to be replaced. The following day, I came in, and the problem was remedied without any hassle, whatsoever. I've said it before and I'll say it again: this place rocks!

I am thoroughly impressed with the service department at Jay Wolfe Honda. I've been to one other Honda dealer in the area and that dealership pales in comparison to Jay Wolfe. I traded in a 2011 CR-V for a 2013 CR-V at this dealership and the entire process was very smooth.
The service here exceeds my expectations. The service advisor, Courtney, was exceptional at her job. Courtney took car of my car as if it were her own. I will not take my car to any other dealer for service.

Entire building was beautifully redone in their remodel a couple years ago-very pretty, nicely laid out, comfortable and up to date. Large TV's, big fish tank, tables, WiFi available...they even have a separate play room for kids that was clean and has a lot of toys to play with! My repair was presented to me as $1600 and Honda is pretty sure that will fix it. I pushed back and called managers. Found out that there was a warranty to fix it but they had to do some extra to make sure that the $1600 fix would work. Seems to me Honda was ready to spend my money when they were not sure but when it is Honda's money, they are more careful. Plus why did I have to make a fuss to get it fixed under warranty. The reason people use Honda instead of other garages is they are the experts, especially on warranty. You should know what is covered under warranty better than your customer. Seems like every time I go to Honda to get something fixed, I come away feeling that my service was not good. You can see my other problems in previous visits.

I understand buying a used car, I've always bought used, but entire transaction was difficult and I'm not buying here again.

I just acquired my fourth (or fifth?) car with Jay Wolfe, purchases the first several times and leases the past two times. I always return because of the consistently above-average level of service, and this time was no different. It was my first time working with Peter Merrill, who was professional, kind, and responsive. Joshua Pop, who handled financing, was also outstanding. All the decisions that go into transitioning from one vehicle to another can be anxiety-producing, and Peter and Josh alleviated all of that stress. Enthusiastically recommended.

Not an honest dealer or service department, avoid them.
I needed warranty work done and was told told by Honda to just go to a dealership and they will take care of it. I get to Jay Wolfe and am told he has no idea what I am talking about and can't even find out. So I leave and call Honda who tell me that they could typed my VIN in and it would have shown them everything they needed. Lie number one. I go back with a copy of the letter since I can't trust them with the original and am told they will start the approval process and it may take three weeks to hear back. I call Honda to ask how can I get updates on this process. Honda has no idea what process the dealer is referring to and contacted them. Lie number two. Surprise, they call me the next day saying they had approval and i can bring it in they will call me when it is done. I spend the next two weeks ride sharing since I am down one vehicle. I call to check on it and find it has been done two days, they just didn't bother to call me. Lie number three. .

Service department was very professional. They didn't wait until it was an emergency to offer a loaner car, which was nice. The waiting area is amazing, a big plus. The sales person we were dealing with was a bit too "Father knows best" with us, and that put us off, but mostly from that sales person, not the dealership as a whole.

Kyle was great! Every time I go to Jay Wolfe Honda, it is a pleasant experience. I cannot understate how much I appreciate the customer lounge and being able to bring my kids to play in the play room if I have to, or when I set an early appointment there's fresh beverages, coffee, breakfast items for me to enjoy. The facility is very clean, inviting, large and plenty of space for everyone to relax while your car is getting fixed. They always do a great job fixing my vehicle and doing regular maintenance. It's super easy. As long as prices are competitive, I'll always come here.

From beginning to end, I had a great experience with Jay Wolfe. This is the third vehicle I've bought from there in the last 12 years and all three times, I've had excellent service. Kris was our Sales Consultant and he was great! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very patient. I didn't feel too pressured at all. Him and his manager did everything they could to ensure I received everything we wanted in a family vehicle and stayed in the price range we needed to be. I would definitely recommend Jay Wolfe Honda to anyone I know looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

The service required some parts to be ordered and work to be done over the weekend. When I showed up Monday to pick my vehicle it was ready and the total bill was less than was quoted. I appreciate the honesty of the service tech telling Steve it took less time to complete than originally estimated.

I accompanied my friend here to buy a car. Her sales associate was Amir Akbarnia and he definitely made it a great buying experience for her. I was really impressed. He came across as honest and had a very laid-back approach to making the sale. He was easy-going and was able to answer the questions that we asked. I appreciated his patient approach and responses to my friends' inquisitions. I'm not a fan of dealerships or the car buying experience by any means. (quite the opposite actually). However, IF you are buying a new Honda, I would totally recommend buying from this guy. As for Jay Wolfe Honda, in general, the facility was nice and all the staff seemed friendly. It wasn't the typical dealership "predatory" environment. Overall, it was a pretty relaxed process and I know my friend walked away happy with a good deal. I would tell anyone to consider looking here.
