Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. Erica was great--she went over everything, and I felt comfortable with the technology! And I love my new CRV.

However, and this has absolutely nothing to do with any person at the dealership and only to do with Honda's requirements, the final interview with a finance person was depressing. He was (I assume) required to go over "insurance" products to extend warranties, etc. This type of sales pitch sounds like Honda has suddenly decided to build cheap cars that won't last, that will chip and rust, that will break down after three years. Why would a respectable company try to sell this to a new customer? Surely there is a better way to promote after-sales products.

I called ahead at 10 AM and made an appointment to see a specific car because I was driving from 2 hours away. I arrived at the scheduled time, a little after 2 PM, only to be informed I should wait because someone else was test driving the car. After waiting about 45 minutes I was informed I would not be able to buy the car because the test driver was working on financing to buy the car. I feel this experience reflects poorly on both the integrity and organization of this dealership. Leading a customer to believe they have an appointment and then not honoring the appointment after they drove 2 hours demonstrates a complete lack of respect for the customer and their time.

Good experience. I was helped right away and got what I needed to get done quickly. The gentleman who assisted me was friendly and nice. I really like the lounge area as well with options for snacks, drinks and WiFi. Definitely the place to be if you have to get your car worked on!!

Jay wolf honda have nice sales persons but have arrogant people in management as well as they have higher rates as compared to other dealers in Kansas City area. Their service team is inexperienced and they take minimum an hour to just do express service. The other good thing is they have very nice food option in waiting area.

The reason I chose a Honda over other manufacturers was simply by my refreshing welcoming experience at Jay Wolfe. Everyone gave me a sincere welcome, and the sales team did not badger me with upselling or try and "win" my business -- instead, they simply gave me a warm, honest, and generous offer that won me over naturally. I found the staff to be more knowledgeable and personable than salespeople at other area dealerships, which made me feel more secure while making this financial decision. I have owned the same car for 21 years! Yes 21 almost 22, 1999 Honda Accord! Best car I ve ever owned! It was at the point of needing a couple repairs and I didn t want to put that much money into a car that was so old. I went to Jay Wolfe Honda on 11-14-20 and had the best experience! Peter Merrill was the salesman that helped, he was so nice, went above and beyond to get me into a car that I would be happy with and in my price range. I hate going to car dealerships because they can be so pushy and that was not the case with Peter, it was an absolute pleasure shopping for my new car with him. My interaction with Jay Wolfe Honda started with an online chat to see if a vehicle listed on the webpage was available and physically located at the Honda location. Chelsea Bohnert confirmed the vehicle availability and scheduled an appointment for me to come in and drive it the following evening. I stopped in as scheduled, checked in at the front desk and was matched with Peter Merrill (salesman) to help me. He took some general information and quickly had the vehicle pulled around for my test drive. I enjoyed the vehicle but was also looking at the same model at another dealership with less miles and similar price. I told Peter it would likely be a few days before I could get back with my trade vehicle to have it evaluated. After getting close to a deal on Friday night with the other dealership, I made it back to Jay Wolfe Honda on Saturday morning around 845am and met up with Peter. I drove the vehicle again and had my trade evaluated. I presented the deal in place with the other dealership and noted it had to be beat significantly to close a deal because of the mileage difference. Peter went back and forth a couple times with management and successfully closed the deal. The whole process was quick and easy. We were straightforward with each other and I never felt any pressure either way. Peter and Jay Wolfe Honda proved they were motivated sellers and wanted my business. Subsequent financial closing with Amir Akbarnia was quick and easy as well, no pressure, very friendly and straight forward. I was out the door on the way home with my new car around 1230pm. I am 36 years old and have gone through the car purchase process through a dealership at least a half dozen times and this one was stress free, professional, and quick. I appreciated not having to sit around and wait a long time and when I was waiting for short periods of time, Peter was good about providing updates. Overall, Chelsea, Peter, and Amir all did a great job on my vehicle trade and I am hopeful that I will have the same great experience on the service/repair side when the time comes.

I don"t even want to give one star to the service department. This place is a total rip off,especially when you are working with insurance company.They try to get the maximum from the insurance company instead and do not even want to help with the problem. They just say it will take 2 to 3 weeks after the insurance adjuster emailing back in one day. The systems are not updated when one person is gone no one knows what is going on.
Never go here or tow your car here

They are great to work with until you leave the lot, then you become a burden. I was not provided all needed items to title vehicle. You are not able to directly call the location you purchase the vehicle from if you have any questions/issues. All 3 staff members I spoke to had no intent to help. I ended up having to purchase a separate inspection on the vehicle I just bought from what I thought to be a credible dealership. When I asked if it was missing from my paperwork or I needed to pick on up, they said it would be in "my trunk or glove compartment". Neither were the case and they implied for me to "look harder". The inspection was only $12 luckily, but I would warn anyone buying from Jay Wolfe Honda in general is a bad choice unless you are confident you will not need their services any longer. I would truly recommend going elsewhere if possible to an operation that takes customer service seriously.

They flat out lied on my face. Yesterday Chris Hansmann gave me a deal about Ex-T which was kindda not a deal at all and I told him to give me a deal. And today morning I got a call from Will who told me that they have Ex-L 2017 for the same price and are ready to sell it to me if I am interested in buying it same day so I told him that I will pay him a visit just send me a Quote about that car. He did not email me and did not pick my call up so did Chris. And when I went in the evening, Will redirected me to Chris and he tried to scam me into getting Ex-T for same price. He did not even ask me like hey you want this car or that one and went on to just like I want this car and M ready to pay the price. And when I said it was different car he straight up lied again that we never discussed other cars and that other dealer said Ex-T to me and pretended like he was on call. Even when will agreed that he said that it was Ex-L and proof was that it was leather interior but lied straight up that it was Ex-T. And I felt so terrible coz I had to ask favors just to get to Jay Wolfe and then They lie.

I got very nice reviews from friends but stay away from Chris Hansmann for sure. He is not at all helpful for the purchase and was literally the most annoying and horrible person to deal with.

Jay Wolf because the power doors stopped working and no one offered to help her take items and car seats out of the car. I was on the way to switch cars. The problem end up being a $4 blown fuse and they charged us $180. I will never take our Honda here again.

I can't say I've had a better customer experience at a dealership. Good consistent service department experience. They have a good system going here. Garage door opens for you, pull right in and get greeted right away. Grab a free snack and beverage in the customer lounge and connect to their WiFi. Or use their shuttle service. They keep you in the know on the status. Drive away in a clean car.

I made an online service appointment several weeks ago for an interior detail service for Saturday, 8/27. I received confirmation appointment emails and reminders (and they also confirmed it was for interior detail service). When I arrived at the service department on 8/27 at my appointment time I was told that you no longer offer interior detail service. Not only is it bad business and really looks incompetent to list a service online that is not actually offered, I do question the service department - do you not look at what appointments are scheduled for the day to plan? Not only was there no acknowledgement other than a sorry from the service representative, I left a voice mail for the Service Manager at 10:11am on Saturday and have yet to have heard a reply. Not only is it bad business to list a service and allow appointments to be made for a service that is not actually available, bad management to not review and plan workloads using appointment information, poor customer service to not return a phone call, this ordeal wasted time not only for myself but for another person who rearranged their schedule in order to drive me back and forth and I also had to rearrange my schedule for the appointment.

New appointment scheduling was a pain. Daily harassment from emails to text to even phone calls with voice mail from the dealership trying to get me to trade in. Very annoying for a day sleeper that has to work nights. Once at dealership service was extremely fast. But constant daily attempts to get me to trade in and buy new have forced me to not take any of my vehicles back. I don't have to drive an hour to get service done. I did it because I was never harassed.

Went there in April of 2014 for routine service on my Honda Pilot. First, they sent a meeting maker to my email making it easier to block off the time on my work calendar. Things went very well and my car was done faster than expected. They did not try to up sale me on needless expensive add-ons, new wipers, air filter, etc. If not for the crying baby and the fact I had to be on a conference call during the visit I might have given it 5 stars. Pricing seemed reasonable, about $100 for a tire rotation and balance, and a full synthetic oil change. My only real complaint is they didn't really know where my car was in the parking lot after they were done. All in all I will go again.

This was the first time that I have purchased a vehicle completely on my own, and I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth everything went. My salesperson, Brandon Clark, was very friendly and personable and was not pushy at all. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

I took my mother to this dealership in search of a new car for here. Peter Merrill approached us when we got to the lot and introduced himself. I asked Peter for his card and to let me browse with my mother and I would let him know if we were interested. Peter came to the rescue. He had no Idea if I was buying or not but he took the time to work not only with me but my mom. She had certain things she was looking for and Peter said he would do his best to accommodate. Peter went above and beyond what I would expect out of any car dealer. He was more than willing to do whatever it took to make my mom happy. We got her a used car still in factory warranty. It was everything she wanted and more except for the color. He never once got tired of our questions, how long we took on test drive or the fact that what model of car my mom wanted was not quite set in stone. If you need a new or used car Peter is your man. I will openly admit I may can be abrasive at times and to the point. Peter didn't waiver. Jay Wolfe Honda is the place to buy and Peter is the man to help with getting you a car.
