I brought my 2016 Honda Civic in for service today...

I brought my 2016 Honda Civic in for service today complaining of possible bad wheel bearings and a tire which keeps leaking air.

When checking in, I was told by Adam in service that based on the "quick-check" that I did not need an alignment and that they would check out the wheel bearings.

When Adam called me, he said that the technichian recommended 4 new tires and alignment; although he had told me that I didn't need one earlier. I asked if the technician had even looked at my ball bearings and Adam told me be didn't know, even though that was the issue I believed my car to be having based on all the research I have read and talking with others about how my car has been acting.

Basically, my chief complaint about my car wasn't even looked at and this dealership would have had me pay for 4 new tires and not even fix the issue. The kicker is I had just had my oil changed here a few weeks ago and was told I only need one new tire.

So I go from only needing one new tire to 4 new tires in a matter of weeks? Give me a break, don't service your vehicle here.

UPDATE: After seeing the above review, Brian called me the same day and understood that my issue had not been properly dealt with. Brian went above-and-beyond, offering to keep my car over the weekend and re-address the issue on Monday with the service manager. Brian also provided me with a freshly-washed and fully-gassed loaner vehicle for me to use over the holiday weekend. I greatly appreciate Brian's efforts to get to the bottom of my vehicle's issues.
