When creating my artwork I was worried that what I was seeing on-screen might not translate well once printed - but I was amazed at how accurate and faithful my images came back printed from Jakprints. Really impressive quality. Very happy, and I will definitely go through them again.
The posters were fine, but frankly not ideal. When I got them I was surprised how narrow they were - not full poster style like I was expecting. Perhaps this was my fault, but I had wanted a more full-poster look.
But I will definitely return to Jakprints in the future. The service was great.

I ve used Jakprints on and off for 10 years or so. I keep coming back for both work and personal projects as they ve been the most reliable online printer and the quality and variety of products is way above their competitors.
Today took it to the next level I had a super-rush postcard job and called customer service right after I checked out to confirm they could meet my (admittedly crazy) turnaround time. Rachel Dominick was a hero confirming with the production team within an hour that they could produce my postcards in basically <48 hours and overnight them in time to meet my deadline. Really saved what could ve been a whole delayed product launch! That kind of customer service really differentiates them from the competition.

I knocked off 1 star because while their site was down this month, I ordered around 50k rolled stickers with plenty of lead time over the phone. When I checked in on the status 2.5 weeks later, all of a sudden there were questions about my order (that had been spec'd in the original email) and they couldn't make the deadline anymore (4 days before it was due to arrive). I've always had great luck with them when I've ordered through the website, but I wouldn't recommend customization beyond what their website can handle (which to be fair, is quite a bit) or ordering over the phone.
I've been using Jakprints for over a decade. I started using them when having to print promotional goods for my old bands. Now I used them to print postcards and stickers for my bar. They've always done quality work and had great customer service. I can honestly say I've never once been let down with the quality of anything I've ordered from them. Will continue to order from them and would recommend you do the same!
I choose a business not only on how amazing the service and quality of products are (Jakprints is top notch on both) but also how they handle it when a job doesn't turn out as expected. On all fronts Jakprints makes my job infinitely easier and for that I keep returning.
I am horrible experience. I uploaded my files for prayer and waited about four business days before having to call them. When I did the young lady apologized and said that everything would be taken care of and the order has been processed upon making payment. However after waiting the five business days turnaround time I called to advise when I would be picking up my order and I was promptly told the order had not been processed. Apparently the number for me was listed incorrectly in the system but my issue was I had spoke with a rep on several occasions and was never advised there was an issue. In addition to that, they did have my email address and I had received several emails but no one attempted to contact me through my email. I am very disappointed with Jak Prints. After all, I missed a deadline that was very important. Buyer beware, ialsoasvised the refund could take up to 30 days to see it.
We have used JP to print t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc., for Lifepoint Church. The quality is excellent. The ordering online is really simple. And the proof they send is spot on with what you receive.
Excellent customer service, easy to get started, find a quote and our acct manager Ashley E. was extremely patient and helpful during the whole process. We had to wait about 4 weeks from start to final design and they always checked in for updates and also made it clear how to move forward. Plus they were even able to get our order processed and delivered ON TIME with a tight deadline......And really good pricing for how detailed our shirts were!

I've been a customer of JakPrints for years! They're super responsive to issues and questions, *very* reasonable in pricing and shipping, and they plant a tree with every order. I've only ever received great materials from JakPrints, and I've ordered a variety of buttons, tee shirts, and vinyl stickers from them. I'd absolutely recommend, JakPrints is a great company.
The experience with Jakprints has been great and I can only recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service.
We just received our first order and everything is as desired and satisfies us completely. We printed our own t-shirt line with Jakprints and this was our very first time of doing this. Their customer service, in particular Sara L, was just excellent (e.g. quick email responses, follow ups). She dealt with every question we had and provided help wherever she could. Even with a service they didn't provide (woven labels) she recommended someone who could. She even allowed us to ship everything directly to her and handled it all from there. Additionally, whenever we had some late changes or additional requests (e.g. getting a t-shirt model not available, design adjustments) there was no problem of making that happen either. Certain changes brought sometimes additional charges but Japrinkts was here again very welcoming with being very flexible regarding costs, billing and shipping. There is nothing what I can complain about and I will be happy to make my next order again with them.
One more note to why we chose Jakprints at the first place. I had contact with a couple of different t-shirt printing companies but none of them could do what they could. They can print whatever you like and add the finishing you wish. All other companies had limited printing areas, not the t-shirt model you would like or did not offer any additional services.

Jakprints had the highest quality all around. Print quality, speed of printing, customer service. They are all around spectacular. They will make sure your work is quality, alert you immediately to issues with your order or files, and go out of there way to meet deadlines.

I first had Jakprints print some small promotional cards for my book release last year. I was so pleased with the speed, quality, and service that we had them quote some workbooks for our Choosing Success programs. The price was right and the service was once again stellar, so we've had them print large quantities of 3 other workbooks. We're glad to have them in Cleveland!

I was impressed by the pre-detail request from bleeds to margins, to making sure all your print appears before you submit your order request, online. Pickup was just as pleasurable. Nice packaging, it's almost like going to small Google office, design.

Don't bother ordering from Jakprints. I was promised a two business day turnaround time and it's already been over a week. When I called to see what might be wrong with the order the rep told me that I shouldn't expect my order for another 8 days.
I would rate them one star but they do actually produce a great quality product whenever it finally gets to you. So if you're not rushed to get a project printed they might be for you. Otherwise, don't.

I cannot say enough good things about Jakprints. They have been able to help me with complicated orders, their customer service is on point, super knowledgeable and responsive, and their product quality is excellent. I would like to say that Jakprints know what they're doing. I ordered my banner and stickers from them and not only I received them the next day, but the quality turned out excellent! Not to mention they are affordable compared to Staples. They have an option where you can request for proofs before printing and upon submitting my order, they followed up with me the next day. I will def' deal with them again .
Found Jakprints online. I was looking for shop to handle a relatively small, full-color sticker order in a relatively short period of time. Uploaded some art, got a quote, talked with a real person on the phone, changed the art, talked again with a real person, and placed the order. Shipped on time, arrived on time, and all was well. Bonus: I thought my little button-shaped stickers would come on 8.5x11 sheets. Jakprints cut them for me, so I have a bag of little stickers. Much easier to distribute than a sheet.
I'll definitely use them the next time I have a print job of this sort.

Labels are just what I ordered, and they came very quickly. Will definitely be ordering again when needed.
They switched to a new website/system that completely ruined the ordering experience for me. Not being able to see where a job is at, what the invoices are, the files that were uploaded etc. is just not customer friendly. Most recent order included too many issues with payments and refunds. Issue was on their end, yet no offer to make it right was made. It's unfortunate as I had used them for many print jobs over the years.
As a graphic designer for an area University, I was looking for a local company to produce high quality t-shirts for my organization on a tight schedule. I was directed to Jakprints by a fellow designer and JP employee Gavin Thompson and I couldn't be happier with the end result!

Whether it's through my own design business, or through my full-time gig as a designer at SuperATV, I can count on Jakprints for unmatched quality at a price that won't empty your bank account or freak out the accounts dept. With my design business I always suggest my clients use JP for their business prints, and when they do they're never disappointed.
