I have used Jakprints for numerous print jobs over several years. On my last order, I ran into an issue where the paper type I had used on previous orders had changed. When I spoke with Karie Scroggs, the customer service representative, the issue was quickly resolved in a courteous and timely manner. She made sure to follow up with an email to confirm the resolution. I appreciated this additional attention to my order, and will continue to use Jakprints. I am impressed by the quality of its products and also the quality of its employees.
