Jakprints Review

Jakprints has printed my labels for my business twice now. I will be honest, after the first time, I did shop around to check out other places and wanted to compare pricing just so I was familiar with what else was out there. I decided to go back to Jakprints because of the quality in material that I was familiar with. We did have a slight issue with color; but the customer service is top notch and extremely prompt. Ashley E. even resized some labels for me to ensure the correct fit on my products. I feel like she really turned a slightly stressful situation into a great experience. I will be using Jakprints for my business from now on.

I went to jakprints to get some t- shirts done last month and really appreciated the great customer service I got from Mason. We had some hang ups between my budget and design for the shirts and he really made sure that they were able to meet my monetary needs without sacrificing much on the design-front. I will definitely return to them with my next project!

I used Jakprints this year for the first time for large format printing and it was great! Setting up my order was virtually painless, I was able to stay in contact with them through the entire process, and I received my package earlier than the anticipated arrival date which was a huge plus. My print came out clear and the paper quality was excellent.

I've always loved Jakprints, the quality is awesome and their customer service is excellent and everyone is pretty well versed in every department - not to mention professional and easy going. My latest (with the help of customer service -extraordinaire- August Gallik) consisted on an extremely rushed order. August not only considered the almost impossible request but she made it happened with a great turnaround and always keeping me posted on all aspect of the printing process.

I really needed business cards for an upcoming art show. I submitted my design in the beginning of the week and had my show planned for Friday. I was worried I wouldn't receive them in time because I had requested to have them sent to me instead of asking to pick-up. I called Jakprints to let them know of my situation. They immediately pulled up my account, checked out my design and immediately began to process it. They had no problem switching my request from deliver to pick-up, reimbursing me the cost I paid for the delivery option, and had my cards ready days before my show and sooner than I had expected. My cards are beautifully printed. I am very satisfied with the costumer service as well as the quality. Thank you Jakprints!

I've been working with Jakprints for the last few years and am always impressed with the high quality of their printing. I've ordered flyers, postcards, business cards, and the like from them and keep coming back. Their online platform is easy to use and very convenient for reordering. Their customer service is excellent too. Definitely recommend!

Fourth time ordering stickers for my business - customer service and product is excellent.

These mofos kill the printing game so bad that Cleveland homicide should be involved. Or you could say the their style is so raw, just call it sushi. ... so dope you can t just say no. Listen, if you are going elsewhere ask for a deep discount because they re selling you short. They brothas know printing right down to string theory. And that s the bottom line. Daniel Smith, Dave Steckel or Tony Tycoon are my heroes there but there are more. Don t believe me, look into how the company started and where it s at now. Or just go inside. The place is like a mini art museum.

Great pricing, quality, turnaround, customer service, back end, and designer friendly template options. All bases covered, all the time and it's always been that way.

I had been researching on-line since April for a US based company that produces quality sublimation printed t-shirts as we do not want to source outside the US.
Not only am I ecstatic with their customer service (starting with Jasmine who contacted me by phone and email regarding my order [did not upload images with initial order...technical issues on my end]
and then followed up with an email confirming receipt of images once I had uploaded them) , I am overjoyed at the quick turn-around time from image upload to mock-up proof and delivery. The order shipped quickly and the quality is superb!

I had a really unusual project with very specific sizing and material details, and Lindsey G. completely understood what I needed when no other company seemed to really get it. The whole experience felt very personal, everyone was super attentive, and I'll 100% be coming back.

Second time in a row that JakPrints has been extremely late on delivery of my order, and the worse part is, they can never tell me why. They also won't discount the job anything more than $25 bucks for my trouble. Having to explain this to clients sucks, so yeah, JakPrints is off my print vendor list.

I have to give 5 stars to Jakprints for stellar service as well as stellar customer support. I am in Alaska and found it difficult to even find a company that would ship to our rural site. No problem for Jakprints! I was a little apprehensive doing everything online and wondered whether the material I was ordering for our banners was what I hoped it would be. It was PERFECT. Service reps were wonderful in supporting our files and making sure we were happy with the outcome. Even when we had a bit of a mixup, customer service responded immediately and made everything right for us. I will definitely use the services of Jakprints again.

WOW. Talk about a skilled & knowledgable staff. Nadia Bennett has been my contact at Jakprints for The Foundry, Community Rowing & Sailing Center for a few months now. As the Marketing Manager there, I am always looking for a variety of products that look professional and are appealing to the student athletes and their families, and she has bent over backwards to ensure that we stay on the cutting-edge of our Marketing needs.

On top of coming to The Foundry on a number of occasions to show us the variety of collateral jakprints can provide, she set up a tour for our organization at their headquarters on the East Side. She was patient in answering every question we had and even took us through the sublimation process with another on-site staff member, (seeing as we will need to utilize it in the near future).

Here's why: they don't stop talking to you once you put your payment in! Your project turning out great and timely is clearly a shared goal.

I ve ordered form them a few times and their customer service is not great. I over paid for some folders and signed off on the proof and a week later they emailed me and asked me if it s approved... which means my order was delayed a week and it missed our event. They were not willing to fix their mistake at all.... and they did not even apologize for their mistake. They just told me it s delayed and that it s my fault. So very disappointed in them. I will jot be ordering from them again. Over priced products with bad customer service!

I discovered Jakprints in 2008 when looking to move beyond the inaccessibility of the large printing houses and the inconsistency in quality of the small ones. Jakprints is the ideal blend of personal service, exceptional quality and industry-leading products and materials. I have occasionally wandered into local offset printers that promise similar quality for less, but have always been disappointed and returned to Jakprints. They have legitimately saved me with their exceptionally fast turnaround and essentially removed my anxiety as to whether the client will be n any way unsatisfied. I rarely post reviews of any kind, but felt obligated to speak out on their behalf as I have been more than pleased with their services.

My organization was on a tight time frame to order t shirts and hats for an upcoming event. Angie spent a lot of time on the phone with me problem solving how we could get the merch in time AND advising me on fabrics, colors and styles that would be the best fit for us and that would be the most cost effective and quickest to make. I inquired at other companies and they were so unhelpful with choosing shirts and meeting deadlines that working with Angie was refreshing and relieved my stress. Thank you!!!

First time using Jakprints was last week for our promo fliers for my company - everyone was so helpful, particularly Chris M, Kate M, and Bob - we provided the art for the fliers, and they were very accomodating. The price was very good, and you can't beat being able to drive down to their office and picking it up in person. They had shipping available, but it was more convenient for us to pick it up at the office. They even had the order ready a full day earlier than they projected. Jakprints is awesome!! Jakprints is a wonderful company to do business with. They have a really amazing team, where everybody is so willing to help. They have great quality products and offer a wide variety of products to choose from. They are efficient and can get a project done for you when you are in a time crunch or when you have very specific requests and alterations.
