Jakprints is consistently the best value and performance. I use them A LOT, ordering online using uploaded artwork. Customer service is top notch. Communication excellent. Delivery time always as promised. Highly Recommend!

i've worked with jakprints for several years now for my invitation + design business- i don't go anywhere else. the pricing is the best around, and the quality is excellent. if i happen to have a complaint, they would reprint immediately. my account rep is amazing, she responds quickly to my emails and always pushes my orders through, working within my timelines. i'll be a forever customer.

Really responsive, and did a lot of extra work on a complicated small job to make sure it was done on time. I had some trouble getting paper samples from them, but they did a lot of work to make up for it. Not the cheapest, but they give a lot of specialized attention, and can handle a wide variety of jobs. They were the only printer I could find that could print all the pieces we needed and also mail them out.

Great, fast company with some great workers behind it. Been working through Karie Scroggs and she has done a wonderful job getting us what we need.

I have used Jakprints in the past for All-Over Print t-shirts. They are the best... Hands down! I needed some hand-holding guidance through my recent purchase and Ronan Schade, Customer Service Representative and Kathryn Wallis, Graphic Specialist had the perfect demeanor for my needs!! Extremely happy with jakprints. Their customer service truly goes above and beyond. I ordered some t-shirts that I needed in a hurry for an art show so I emailed them directly to let them know and the next thing I know my shirts were done and already shipped. I have used this business for printing business cards, customizing business post it pads as well as for some fun products such as a 40th bday tank top. They go above and beyond. I made an error with my shipping address after recently moving and they shipped it again (covering the overnight shipping fee)so I would have my products by end of business day! Neely at the front desk is always so great when I am come in to pick up my orders and is always willing to look over my order before I leave with it. Her lobby music is always spot on too!

We ordered our business cards from Jakprints and they turned out beautifully. The images and text were so sharp, and the colors were exactly as we had them on the digital image. We ordered a "soft touch" finish, which is a velvety matte texture, that gives it an added quality, and, in addition to the rounded edges of the card, sets it apart from other business cards while still being easily carried. We will definitely continue to give Jakprints our business!

I've been working with JakPrints for almost a year. Nadia recently became my account rep in February and she's absolutely amazing. Goes above and beyond to meet my needs and really has a good feel for what our vision is. Also she's not afraid to be honest with me, which is a great quality to have in an account manager. I feel like we're partners, as opposed to simply transnational business. My happiness with their product and service are important to her, I'm not just another client.

What the best thing about Nadia is, My husband met her at the OCBA annual conference and handed her my text to him of what I needed for brew events. Within 24 hours of the close of the event she had created a batch order of all the items, included samples and visuals when I asked, and made it a seamless process to ensure we got what we needed by our next event.

Super thrilled with JakPrints quality and Customer Service. Can't recommend them enough. It's great to support other local businesses and feel like you have someone in your corner when issues arise.

Have never had an issue with JakPrints for the 2+ years I've worked with them. Recently I inquired to my rep Nadia about a banner than broke, my words exactly where "Our banner is a bit under a year old and has broken, is there any way we can get your help fixing this?" I received an email from another rep stating she was no longer with the company and asked for the order number, which I provided. She came back with "it looks like this order was free of charge so if you d like to purchase a new one please let us know."

Okay first, I did absolutely pay for it, and we resolved that because it was a giant purchase order with varying products all rolled into one for one invoice. Only to be followed up with "We don't replace things after 30 days"

So not only did I did not get help fixing the item, which I didn't expect free, I would have paid for it if needed. They accused me (7+ emails deep) that I did not pay for it, which I did and send the cc statement to prove it. Then to be told that anything over 30 days is no longer in warranty. Why we didn't start with that I have no idea. Will not be purchasing from them going forward, this was way too much effort back and forth for something that could have been resolved with a quick "Hey, since your item is over 30 days old, we can't replace we'd have to reorder, can I set up a new order for you?"

Amazing customer service from Rachel Sims! I had a flawless experience ordering business cards, and she was very accommodating when I had a mistake (on my part) over the initial delivery location. Rachel quickly addressed and corrected it for me. I highly recommend dealing with her!

I'm very pleased with the print all over shirts I got from Jakprints! I tried to follow all the instructions carefully for using their templates with my photos, and I asked for a proof sent to my email. I made a few changes to the design and sent it back.They were great to work with. I received my shirts not long after that. I highly recommend this company for this type of shirt printing.

We been using Jakprints for our business card orders for several years now and every time they have delivered a great product with great customer service. I would definitely recommend them for any print items you have specially business cards. They were the only ones that offered a specific edge paint style we needed.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I have ordered with Jakprints before and the quality is lovely. TODAY (Wednesday) I placed an order that I need printed and shipped by Monday. I have been working with these guys for over 5 years, hundreds of orders for flyers, biz cards, tshirts, hoodies and some pretty cool projects involving tricky cutting and odd folding, they have never let me down. Dispite how much they have grown, they have never lost the communication that a mom and pop shop has.

8 day turn around time, too much for sublimation especially when you are not getting cut & sew to leave out the imperfections that comes with sublimation printing.

Jakprints has great quality with competitive prices. I use them for work and personal projects. Best of all is their staff. My account rep is Kate and when I need something under a strict deadline or need advice about my order, she goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Hey. I ordered 500 2 pannel inserts for my upcoming mixtape project. They called me about my uploaded file because one was distorted due to file size and told me I ordered just a mixtape cover front and back. After telling them go ahead and just resize the image to a smaller one and corrected the order to the original 500 2 pannel insert, i waited anxiously for the package
Once i received the package with excitement i opened it and found 500 mixtape covers . The printing quality was awesome but yet not what i ordered. So now.... i have to figure how to improvise with these small mixtape covers for my project. Dang lol

Jakprints did a wonderful job printing my stickers for my wedding favors. It was a week before my wedding, and I saw my wedding programs were still processing (I had just put them in a couple days ago) and asked if they would be able to get them done before the wedding, and they graciously overnighted them to me free of charge. I would use them again any day! GREAT customer service.

I think that everyone should be warned about this place they do all their own comments at best they are ok they take forever and charge higher than most. I'd highly recommend that you go else where.

I took my service to Jakprints because my favorite tattoo shop utilizes then for their merch. I ve been an admirer for some time now and decided, what the heck, I ll just treat myself. Being an Amateur I didn t know some of the steps I needed to take, but Daniel, one of the reps there, helped me out with the lingo, and such. He worked with me on getting one of their designers and a quote, but in the end, I ended up cancelling my order. And not because they aren t affordable! They definitely are! Are you kidding, 100 good sized, high quality stickers for 80 bucks!! Heck yes! I just cancelled because I wasn t happy with my design I picked. Nothing bad on them! I recommend them 100%. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I told Daniel to explain things to me like I was a 2 year old, and he was still so polite!! Their products are amazing. It s quality goods, and super affordable. Once I m happy with my work, I ll definitely come back to Jakprints.

Side note, if Jakprints is reading this right now, you should totally think about adding enamel pins to the various things you offer! They re trending right now, and I would 100% take advantage. Especially because a lot of other companies I ve looked at are really expensive. Anyways, just a thought!

My order was bit timely due to the holidays. to explain further I needed an order of 3 dye sublimated prints within a timeframe. With the holiday being around they were busy this time of the year and I felt very imposing by asking the status of my order here and there. The whole time management was my fault but they worked with me as best as they could and set everything up to my specifications as best as they could.In the end I was able to pick up my order in time and set everything in place in time.

I ordered a poster with some difficult specifications. I had a ton of questions and concerns. The customer service rep walked through everything, followed up promptly. After several months of owning the poster, it's looks exactly the way I wanted it to and has been very durable.

They're great, fast and friendly, the website is a bit crowded because they offer so many services, but I would recommend them 10/10

Jakprints and more specifically Ashley Edmonson (manager) took what was a very disappointing experience, of which my company was prepared to not do business with Jakprints any more and turned it into a very professional and positive one that prompted me to write this review. Friendly staff. Quick service. Good quality prints for business cards, rack cards and t-shirts (these are products that our business, See You in Brazil, has ordered). They also worked with us when we had some credit card mistakes.
