Jakprints has been great to work with! They always come through on my printing needs wether it be business cards, stickers, hangtags etc. Dave helped me on my last printing project. He was super helpful and responded quickly to my emails.

I got stickers from this place for my band Naming the Fallen. Great quality! Mason helped me. He was very nice. He let me know exactly what sizing and options were available in my price range. I m highly upset my professor recommended this company for a project and I had high hopes. The medium fits like a XXL and is formless the arms are not proportionate. And the design is smudged. It s smudged and faded. I m heart broken and do not see myself ordering here again anytime soon.

Incredible service, incredible products, incredible communication- they helped me every step of the way with a very specific order I had that I really only partially finished myself, they resized it for me and even helped adjust the color because I am pretty graphically challenged. Any questions I had (and I had many) were promptly answered and they even called a couple times to double check on some preferences I had regarding my order! Oh and the quality?? Phenomenal- I just got my labels today and they are outstandingly professional and gorgeous. Very high-quality. They gave me extras too! I cannot recommend them more highly!! :)

I worked with Sara on printing t-shirts and polos for our small business--what a fantastic experience! From helping me with my logo files to helping me choose the right material and products for our work it was an easy process. I have worked with Jakprints in the past and plan to continue with them for all our office and apparel printing.

I've never really had any issues with Jaks in the past. I could send press ready art with my eyes closed, with no digital proof, and things would come out perfect. This year, however, has literally been a disaster. I've placed ten orders since April, and three of them didn't come out right. Two of the three misprints were reprinted, and I decided to use what I received in lieu of a third reprint. My tenth order is in production as I write, and I'm nervous. I've always been told that things got messed up in prepress. I don't care where fault lies, rather I'm concerned with lack of quality controls. In addition, there are no detailed file prep specs for sending artwork. The file prep recommendations that are available involve outdated and/or ill-advised methods. Plus, a few months ago, an acquaintance placed an order for pocket folders that came out less than impressive (the folders were badly cut). I told her that it's a fluke and to let them know about it. Now, I'm starting to believe that the counterculture demeanor plus an overwhelming number of offerings for print has transcended into fast and loose deliverables.

Superb quality shirts and image prints. Never seen better. Definitely will use their service again, for any other personalized products in the future.

The labels I had Jakprints make, exceeded my expectations! I am blown away by the creative design and the quality! Dave is a genius of a graphic artist! I am happy to know that I am getting a premium label that is made from recycled materials. I will never go anywhere else! The price is also more than fair.

Really high quality prints. I used to use Vistaprints but I needed some custom sized work for my business and they don't do that so I tried out Jakprints and I am really impressed. The cardstock they use is thicker and I feel the print quality is better. I had a small issue with an order and the customer service took care of it quickly - that's all I could hope for. I will be using them again for sure.

Terrible customer service. Requested a sample before I ordered a couple hundred different shirts and hats. I was told to use Amazon. They definitely don t want to work for the customer.

Excellent price for circular di-cut cards and exceptional customer service. I'm typically reluctant to reach out to online vendors, but Jakprints is the right size and feels like a mom and pop shop, but with online ordering capability. I'll work with them again.

I went into the store and dealt with Kate and Branden. They were extremely helpful and took the time to help me design and perfect the designs in just the way I wanted them. I ordered a vinyl banner through them and included the specific font I needed in the package i sent them. They never bothered to use it and substituted something totally different. No communication.

This is my second time ordering through Jakprints. AS previously, they have excellent customer service, fast response time to questions, and my order is always spot on. Will keep using them for my cards, stickers and other marketing pieces to craft my brand.

Jakprints is a fantastic company and my go to for all over print shirts. Through their sublimation printing process I am able to use my artwork to create custom graphic t-shirts. Jakprints is so successful in capturing an accurate representation of the artwork. From the rich saturation of the color, to the line and shadow work of the sketch, everything printed on the shirt stays true to the orginal artwork. The best part is that it does not wash away when doing laundry. I have to say I am not only satisfied with the product but with the customer service. They have a superb team of technicians who are all invested in producing top quality prints. They are incredibly helpful and are willing to share their advice and expertise. I highly recommend Jakprints and will continue doing business with them for a long time.

I just got a ton of Pocket Notebooks to help push my foray into illustration and the level of service and quality from Jakprints has been top-notch every step of the way. From meeting (and hanging out) with Nadia at several conferences (best person ever to get in front of people to sell your products Jakprints!) to the customer service emails and updates, proofing and shipping. Everything was awesome.

I was a bit leery about working with an out of state company however my agent Lindsey Gore could not have been any better. She helped bring to fruition a very complicated art printing project. I've used a lot of printing companies in the past and JakPrints is by far, my personal favorite. I run a small public arts venue in Pittsburgh, PA, and every month for over a year now I have had Jakprints print the 4ft x 8ft outdoor banners that serve as the exhibiting artists' murals.
The banners themselves have been durable in all weather, and the images printed precisely and in vibrant color. Switching to a light, printed format has also made the project more accessible to artists abroad, more affordable material-wise, and the installation more manageable.
What's more, they're customer service is top notch:.friendly, knowledgable, patient. Should an issue arise, their response time is prompt and dedicated to finding a workable solution.
So long as I have artists to exhibit, I plan on printing their murals at Jakprints!

Every time we order from Jakprints we are so excited to see the finished product. Our in-house designer puts our 4x6 banners and Jakprints brings them to life! People regularly comment on the banners in the front of our building.

We've used Jak Prints in the past and will likely continue to do so. We were up against a tight deadline for name badges and programs for a large Conference we hosted here in Cincinnati last week and throughout the production process ran into some bumps and delays with files, etc. Regardless, JakPrints - specifically the designers and our rep, Daniel - pushed through and made sure we had all of our products by our desired in-hand date, even factoring in shipping time. After searching and searching for a printer that would print a custom holiday card that our company had designed, we finally found Jakprints. And how lucky we were to have found them, because they did an AMAZING job! It cannot be stressed enough the tremendous care they took with our order. I've been working with Jakprints for a while and they always deliver on time and as promised. This time around I had my biggest order and Jimmie, my customer service rep, was incredibly attentive and helpful. I'll never go anywhere else.

Ordered some stickers that were being shipped to Canada. Couple days after it shipped I noticed it stopped moving due to a missing piece of paperwork. When I reached out to customer service, Bob had replied within 2 hours letting me know he was looking into it.

Next day I received a voicemail from Bob apologizing for the delay and letting me know if the issue wasn't able to be resolved, he would have a replacement order shipped out and wanted to know the time restraints placed by my upcoming convention.

And on the final day, he sent me an email letting me know the original package had begun moving and even provided me with an updated delivery date.

Bob is the man, definitely gonna be using jakprints from now on.

I had the pleasure of working with the amazing team of professionals at JakPrints for work around the Republican National Convention. I had been brought onboard very close to the convention and had little time to vet printers in the Cleveland area. I relied almost exclusively on online reviews, which were overwhelmingly good, and my initial interactions with the customer services folks.
I utilized their excellent online ordering option for most of my jobs, and whenever I had questions, concerns or even last minute changes, Sara and Linda helped me every time without any hesitancy, and never made me feel like I was bothering them.
We had JakPrints produce more than 7000 laminated credentials, business cards, event tickets, and circular stickers. The only issue we had was on the Friday before the convention, they had a mechanical failure and immediately called me to let me know they weren t able to deliver our last credential that was scheduled for Friday by close of business. We needed the credentials for an event on Sunday, and JakPrints is closed on weekends. But, by Friday night, I had received an email notifying me the order was done, and by Saturday, thanks to near Herculean efforts by Aaron, Chris and Brandon, they not only got our Friday order in our hands, but our Monday order as well. Truly, over-and-above service.
As good as all of the above is, their quality of their product is on par with their excellent team. Our credentials were heads above others at the convention, mostly due to the flawless quality of JakPrints work.
Thumbs up, five stars, A+ and any other quality signifier to team JakPrints. They are always going to be my go-to print professionals for here on out.
