Had the most unpleasant experience with this company. It took forever (months) to complete the work and then I was charged considerably more than I was quoted without it having been discussed with me. When I queried it, they refused to discuss it and instead threatened to remove the equipment again. So bullying tactics. Most unpleasant. Plus, I was spammed with religious messages on WhatsApp. I know, makes no sense.

Firstline Security have looked after our security needs ever since there business began. They always come promptly and have always managed to sort out the issues and we don t have any problems with the workmanship. They come highly recommended.

So disappointing, his team was late, when they finally did come they said no one answered the intercom and left without calling us to double check where we were, which was so unfortunate as there was someone waiting for them. We had called Dennis 3 times prior to them arriving to check where the team was but Dennis didn t answer his phone. When he finally responded 4hrs later he didn t respond well to me calmly communicating that it was poor costumer service. He raised his voice at me and was extremely rude and had no problem loosing me as a client he has worked with before. So in a nutshell, they may be late, they may not, Dennis may be nice, he may not and he may treat you like a valued costumer or he may not. You decided if you want to take the chance!

The First Line team managed to fix a problem on my gate striker . intercom that 2 other companies had failed to fix in the past. They gave excellent advice and fitted better alarm lights outside that (1) warn would be criminals (2) I can see in ANY light conditions.
