Ashley Edmonson was our rep for a $5000.00 plus t-shirt order that was promised to us with a 2 week turnaround it took over 3 weeks to get the order we were told we could pick up the order on Friday we got their @ 2pm and the order was still on the press? Ashley was not any help at all with the order she was on vacation every other day or and never returned our calls, emails etc... in a timely manner. There was a time back in the day when they were a respectable and reputable company "the go to printer for all your needs"
WE WILL NEVER PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY AND HIGHLY RECOMEND YOU DON'T EITHER! The quality of their work is about a 3 out of 10 right now they nickel and dime you for everything wont even give you a proof unless the order is paid in full. then when you receive the merch and it looks nothing like the proof you are stuck with substandard quality t-shirts prints! I'm sure from reading all the 1 star reviews they are going to blow smoke up my rear they are sorry and blah, blah, blah. If they spent half the time paying someone to positively respond to all the negative reviews maybe things would be better!
They have an I don't care attitude about the orders so if your a little guy like me trying to survive and sell a quality high end product I suggest you look elsewhere for printing. I would not recommend this company to my enemies!

our company has been purchasing fliers from them for years, there is a really quick turnround, its high quality and they're much cheaper than their competitors. If you have to make late changes you can call and there always more then willing to make late changes for you and they will expedite your order if you are running short on a dead line.
I uploaded my image and ordered my prints online which was very intuitive. The expected time to complete the order was spot on. I was able to pick up the prints in-person which was extremely fast and easy, and the person working reception was very cordial and nice to talk to. The print quality was really phenomenal and far above what I could get at FedEx for similarly priced poster prints. Overall it was an excellent value. I will order from Jakprints again in the future.
I've turned to Jakprints for business card and postcard needs for almost eight years now. The craftsmanship is always immaculate and the colors are always on point. Great quality; reasonable price. Great customer service! I was needing some stickers ASAP, but didn't realize that I had messed up the file. So when receiving the proof, Nick was super easy to work with and let me know how best to send in the revision. I figured that my deadline would have to be extended because at that time, I'd be needed my stickers the next day. They were super fast, made my stickers, shipped them, and bang there they were! I would seriously recommend this company to anyone looking to get some promotional materials for their company.

Placed my first order in June, price was a little lower than most but very competitive. Quality of print was great, however upon re-ordering, my price quadrupled from $329 to $1,297 for the exact same product, quantity and options. Excuse I was given was "the initial order was somehow grossly under priced" even though I placed the order directly through the website and even had a lengthy conversation via telephone with a representative that both confirmed said price and explained their pricing to me. Simple bait-and-switch. Such a shame too, as I spend quite a bit of money annually on printing for our 20 plus hotel properties and was impressed with the quality and turnaround. No time for dishonest business practices. To be fair, they did offer a discount that was nearly $200 more than my previous vendor, who's prices never magically changed from my initial order to the next.

I have had a horrible experience the two times I have ordered things through JakPrints, I love what they stand for and really want to frequent them for my prints. But delivery times aren t met, by multiple weeks, and emails go unanswered. The quality is great but their customer service and communication is lacking.
