I'm not a frequent customer - I only use Jakprints once a year to print my hand-drawn Christmas card. This year I was very late getting it there, and was resigned that my card would be going out late this year. But Rachel Sims worked a miracle, and my cards were ready to be picked up just 2 days after I approved my proof. Thank you Rachel & Jakprints!
