It was a great experience ...super frindly staff nd also good behaviour .great service and delicious food with hygiene maintain .the atmosphere was to good.

This is the best customer service of the West Bengal but valley "Balram Dalai" is the name of the person who used to be using today, it is today that 11 pm to uskkal pk ray se kr diya tha ki wo or uska aak khana khane geh 2 ghanta ho gya h abhi tk nhi aaya.This valley is very very bad language use our team work ....

An awesome place to spend with your family. Pool and gym are the added attractions. Buffet dinners during the weekends are worth it

The quality and ambience is always the attraction. Peshawari restaurant of ITC Sonar is a great place to visits.

This is supposed to be one of the premier brands of India and among the best hotels in kolkata. Clearly the Indian standard is not remotely close to western standards. Their are loads of staff all over the hotel opening doors and greeting you sir this and sir that, however in two departments that are a lot more important they fail. Food & beverage as well as hotel cleanliness. Generally the hotel is clean however the pool area must have had a function on the weekend and all the oil and spoilt food drops were all over the deck - disgusting. Lunch buffet was 2 star at best. Wilted questionably looking salad, cold cuts and cheese plate that looked like it was left out from breakfast - dry and crusty. Waiter didn't even know what olive oil and balsamic vinegar is. When I eventually got the oil and vinegar I had finished my salad because it took so long. Indian dishes were well prepared, but western dishes were horrible. Overcooked and dry chicken and pork. Overall considering it's supposed to be among the best in kolkata and five star - dismal. But having said that it is probably way above most other places in India. Scary thought. View from the room - smog and noise - but that's not the hotels fault as the whole of India is dirty, smelly, noisy and the air is polluted

Excellent hotel that exemplifies the level of service and hospitality we have come to expect of Luxury Collection hotels around the world. I greatly appreciate the recognition of my Bonvoy Platinum status via upgrade to ITC One, early/late check-in and F&B benefits. I would also specifically like to give shout outs to Tumasp and his team at the Front Desk, Soham, Siddharth & co. at the Eden Pavillion and Jeevan in Panasia. I definitely see us staying here in future trips to Kolkata.

The stay this hotel was so wonderful. The staff is too professional, loved every bit of the ambience. The staff is too welcoming. And i was so impressed that I celebrated my birthday here. It was really very special and I am touched.

Amazing hotel, it is truly a luxury hotel. Great service and lot of complimentary things they provide to you. On top of that they don't boast about it in website or online.

Such an alluring hotel amidst the serenity of flowers, small water bodies. ITC Sonar can count into my most favourite ones. The property is vast. But some amenities are missing such as an activity area, clubhouse, etc.
I would recommend the ITC group to establish squash court, kids activity area here.

If you want to try bengali food, authentic one and have the best dining place,it is One of the best hotel in kolkata.
The name itself is enough(ITC SONAR).

Sonar Bangla is the second most luxurious hotel in bengal. There so many foreigners stay and the inside look was brilliant. There was tight securities but their behaviour was good.

This is a good place to stay or host a party or arrange a business meeting.

Went to attend streax professional marigold collection lunch, had a good launch with product lunch,

It was a great place overall for family trip. The staff are very courteous and the overall ambience of rooms and the restaurants is good. The hotel has small kindoff lakes in the back which has different kind of fished which is very good in my opinion.
