Premium luxury business hotel located in the heart of Kolkata, close to airport and business centers. It has good balance between efficiency & warmth.

Beautiful ambience. Good food. Little slow service at Eden pavillion restaurant.

Ambience is good.. the anniversary cake offered was very very tasty. Thankyou. Food is not worth the price charged.. guys, always remember to avail corporate discounts. I didnt ask for it, my mistake.

Elegant landscape, luxurious, charmingly friendly.....just that the approach / connecting road from bypass is an eyesore..

Would have called a minimum of fifteen times yesterday to check on food delivery options from Dum pukht and most of the times the calls either kept getting dropped or were disconnected. Three times someone noted my details and mentioned they would call back within five minutes. Received a call only a day later.

One of the best hotels is Kolkata. All the staffs and food are excellent. Staffs are very professional. They make very friendly yet comfortable environment. I've specially enjoyed their restaurant Dum Pukht. All the staffs in restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for great experience.

Always a pleasure to step into ITC Sonar. Service, staff and the ambience takes full marks . Also the property is located at the right spot- the old city and the new office complexes in Newtown are both about 20 minutes on either sides. ITC Sonar has a lot of options for the taste buds- fine dining , buffet spreads and a chocklate shop . The rooms are spacious and well lit . Place us ideal for business travellers and holidays alike . Dont miss the pool .

First time we attended our annual meeting at ITC Sonar Bangla. So beautiful area I love it...

So many conferences has attend. But never become bored to come for this same place.

This is my first visit at ITC Sonar, I'm very impressed with the interiors and the overall cleanliness.
