Pan Asian is one of the restaurants in ITC. It serves amazing Sushi. The waiters are extremely courteous and professional. The decor and ambience is nice. The music is perfect with the sound being neither too loud nor too low. A must visit in ITC.
Lovely property. Awesome food. Great hospitality. Open spaces and lawn with blooming lotus. Space to sit and enjoy the scene. One can feed the fish and watch them enjoy.

EDEN PAVILION, ITC SONAR has always been a favourite..but last night's visit was kind of a waste. And not a value for money at all. The mutton biriyani and the mutton curry were so awful. The mutton curry infact seemed to be rotten. Something hardly expected from a 5 star Hotel.

Disclaimer: this review is not on the hotel itself but on the level of service received while requesting a proposal, or rather the lack thereof.
I called the hotel to obtain a proposal for a banquet for 350 people plus booking 45 rooms over the course of 2 days for my wedding. After speaking to a lady, I was asked on WhatsApp to call another person and speak to him. I called the second person up, spoke to him and gave him all the necessary details.
After 10 days, there was still no sign of a proposal. When I followed up this issue, I was redirected to another person who I had to speak to.
All in all, I had to speak to 3 different individuals for a proposal which should have been handled internally and been sent to me in a couple of days' time.
However, I had to call these three individuals and chase them for the proposal, which by the way is still missing. Moreover, instead of the booking team internally delegating the work, it was I who had to talk to the different persons and coordinate with the booking team as per their convenience. Do not get me wrong, I do not mind calling people up. However, this sort of service is something that you'd expect from a 2 or a 3 star hotel, not a hotel of the stature of ITC Sonar.
Needless to say, I will not be pursuing this opportunity further.
The place is very awesome. The service is good. I had dinner in Peshwari , the food was not very good. The suite is not very big.The ambiance is very good. The staff is courteous. The complimentary breakfast is very tasty.
Stay is comfortable but food quality not up to the mark for buffet lunch or dinner. Breakfast top notch. Visit around the lawns is a must for first timers. Staffs are cordial and process oriented

It was a good experience to visit ITC Sonar. Good decoration with world class facility available here. Good & well behaved staff in hotel & also they are very helpful in nature. Food was awesome with different testy Cuisines. Decoration & cleanliness is well maintained. Nice experience.

Its a 7 star luxurious hotel. Totally cost worthy. One can get very high level of satisfaction here. The instays rooms, spa, cafeterias are mindblowing. Party bookings are also available.
Peshawari is one of the best restaurant of Itc chain of hotels. I have been here mutiple times , however this time a bit disappointed.
It's a five star restaurant and when we pay for luxury we expect nothing less.
Menu has been curtailed a lot since my last visit. Small changes requested in the food was not honoured.
Overall a nice experience but then not the five star quality as earlier. Hence one star deducted

Very worn down hotel and customer unfriendly staff
The rooms are not what you would expect from. They do not have customer friendly policies either. I had ordered food delivery and expected the guy to be able to drop it at the reception. But they wouldn't let the delivery guy in and I had walk all the way to the main gate dropping all my work to pick up the food. The security team or the management team just didn't care
NIC place and this is the most beautiful and clean place in Kolkata
