A 7 Star Place with great service and great Hospitality.

Love this place always. The stay, food, ambience and most importantly people, all are awesome.

Interior of rooms are decently good but feels little aged. Bathroom are neat and clean but due to aging some tiles are having gaps. Staff having good hospitality culture.

One of the best hotels in the eastern part of the city. I have never stayed at the hotel but food and service has always been good at ITC grand central.

Grand colonial building with luxurious feel, spacious rooms, good spread of menus for breakfast buffet.

Excellent service by the staff is definitely its strongest point. Right from the entrance, from the doormen to the front desk staff are very helpful. The receptionists/greeting ladies roaming around in front of the reception counter are very helpful, trying to approach you even before arriving to the reception counter. The staff are courteous enough to entertain questions asking for suggestion regarding the local places of interest.

Several issues with this hotel including terrible customer service.

I booked a rate that was supposed to include breakfast; however, breakfast was never provided and the restaurant hostess refused to provide me with this included amenity. The hotel attempted to offer me a few thousand Marriott points as an apology; but, honestly from a 5-star property, this treatment is simply unacceptable.

Additionally, when checking out the process was unnecessarily cumbersome and rather annoying due to its length. There is no speedy/express checkout at this property. My credit card charge slip did not require a signature, and the property apparently offers an option to be charged in Indian Rupees or US Dollars, but to be charged in US Dollars they add a 5.7% commission. Without my consent I was charged this 5.7% commission which lead to a credit card dispute after check-out so I could be charged in Indian Rupees and avoid this extra fee. This commission resulted in an over charge of approximately 3,000 INR. This charge was later corrected, but rather inconvenient to deal with the several phone calls and emails.

The last issue with this hotel came when I was shorted 1 night credit to my Marriott Bonvoy account. Once again this was fixed, but again, not ideal to have to deal with the several back and forth phone calls and emails.

If you're a Marriott loyalist, then select another Marriott hotel, because this one will try and scam you left and right, and you'll spend the better part of the next 2 weeks fixing their mistakes. Try the JW at the Airport. We also stayed there, and our experience was much better, and truly 5-star.

The Shanghai Club restaurant experience was out of the world. The food was delicious with great variety from different parts of China. We were assisted by Pradeep, Akshay, Hrishikesh and Anil. They made us very comfortable by their friendly and courteous service. Highly recommend a visit to this restaurant - it was definitely the highlight of our ITC Grand Central experience!

It is a good location with good decor and decent food and service. In my many years of visiting, I have mostly been satisfied. Daylight visits make it look prettier i feel

Nice hotel. chef Farooki's K& K restaurent js must try. Friendly staff and ITC's famous hospitality.

The food is amazing if having non veg food. Not every drink mentioned in the menu is available.. so that was a little disappointing. The ambience is exactly what you will be expecting from a 5 star hotel. It costed us 9000 for 3 people and I feel it almost worth it. Very much recommended

My brother got married at ITC Grand Central last weekend, and must say, it is such a great venue for a wedding! The hospitality was just top notch and not to forget, Jackson, Dipali, Ruchira and Chef Aditi who played such a huge role in putting the whole event together and making it as amazing as it turned out to be! All the COVID protocols were followed with utmost safety and care. Would totally recommend

Overall, I had a great experience with the ITC Grand Central; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect for long term stay.

Nice place to stay , close to downtown. The property is dated however they have been renovating the rooms to offer upgrades. The cafe on first floor where breakfast I served is usually over crowded. Try making it early for breakfast to avoid the rush

Worst five star hotel in Pune. The bathroom accepted are very old. They are not providing even proper wifi connection. I stayed here recently for 3 days. These days I didn't get the room wifi. When I complain about this the manager is saying he doesn't know how to set it up. Worst hotel.

Been here for a meeting once. Nice place to have business meetings during afternoon hours. Had a coffee and it was good.

Excellent location. The dinner was very very costly even by five star standards. Two beers and two starters put me back by Rs 4500. Did and service get high marks though.

Luxury hotel. In facts rooms are better than Leela. Only thing is I didn't like their breakfast. Its somewhat plain. Not many non veg dishes. Ambience looks like sanskari type.

Great Hotel, with all the luxury services at the basic level. Good food, rooms and friendly staff. But keep away from the WiFi service. It cost almost 1/4 the of the bill. Other than that highly recommend ed.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The room is beautiful and the gym was very well equipped, they have an indoor pool with a great view! The gym trainer was very good as well.
The breakfast buffet had many tasty options and was cherry on a cake! Which reminds me it was my friends birthday and they even gave us a Devine chocolate cake and wine to celebrate!

The service here is quite good. Their all day breakfast menu at the pavilion is quite elaborate. Their French toast is one of the best I've tasted

I visited ITC grand central for the first time. I usually stay at Trident of Taj, but my first stay was here was beyond my expectation. The service of the staff right from check in to check out was made very comfortable. Thanks to Abigail who not only looked into making my stay comfortable but also made sure my kid was comfortable as well. Not everyone does that. Thank you ITC, I ll be back soon.

Well managed hotel, excellent Staff n other management

Ambience was luxurious. Had a wonderful time here however food quality was not that great in Buffett.

The stay was peaceful and housekeeping personal was pretty good, it really felt like home. They also take care of sanitizing tha room and I really appreciate that.
