Rich yet not on your face ambience.
Excellent courtesy of staff. Glad to see that some local Marathi people are working here as waiters/ attendants.
Front desk staff was very aware and forthcoming.
Plush appearance overall to the hotel.
But Mumbai being the place it is, the area the hotel can occupy is finally limited. Can't obviously see vast stretches of lawns!!
Located right in the middle of hep part of the city, in Lower Parel.
Has many pubs and bars in vicinity too...
