This was a first time for me at any ITC Hotels property and it didn't disappoint. The hotel staff, services, rooms and the food are all exceptional. Our room had a fantastic view of the Mumbai skyline, they were clean and had everything we'd want and more. Breakfast was served in the ballroom. Too many options. Staff were courteous and took good care to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Point of View Lounge on the 30th floor is a good place to spend time watching the sun set behind the high rises.

The only little problem was the TV connection. Even though it was a Sony TV, the connection was from the Cable TV age. All the channels showed poor quality picture, I'd switch to my mobile phone to watch the match.

Besides, I don't think you'd leave from here unhappy with the experience.
