One of the most spacious and truly a grand place to vist in a metro city. Have some authentic cuisine to savor on, having said that you will be mesmerised by the luxurious expanse. The staff is very humble and supportive. Hygiene was well maintained.

Awesome stay with a fantastic ambiance. Love the vibes.

We visit this hotel at least thrice a year as a business/conference visit. Its always been a great experience and this time was no different. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurants is also good but we normally eat the buffet at Hornby s Pavilion. Keep up the spirit

My stay at ITC Grand Central from 25th to 29th September 2018 was very good.
Clean well done up rooms, well maintained hygeine, warm interiors, beautiful lobby &
excellent service. A visit to the Spa was really nice. The lounge & the bar are really good places to chill & enjoy a drink.
K& K the peshawari restaurant serves the most mouthwatering kebabs & dal Bukhara.
Smiling faces greet you & ensure that your stay is comfortable. Worth every penny. Would love to be back.

The service at the coffee shop could have been better. It felt like we were abandoned after taking the order. When I walked up to the service area the person was on the phone and didn't seem to want to attend to me for a while. Finally they showed up after 15 mins for a refill. Have had much better experiences before, I hope this was a one off thing.

The hotel is at a great location. The building is very nice and Opulent. The rooms are comfortable and there are a lot of quaint things to comfort you such as eye shades and ear plugs and a small.booklef about sleep to help fall asleep. The rooms have a great view. The breakfast spread is very nice as well. Good variety of options. The staff is also very friendly and cater to every need. Overall a very nice and convenient place to stay in.

Excellent experience! The cleanliness and safety standards were as best as I had hoped for, given the pandemic. The room service was also great, so was the staff s behaviour.

These are amazingly designed and have the most beautiful view.
The executive lounge is one of the best.
The concierge is so helpful. we ordered a couple of things at 2 in the night yet they delivered the things within 15 mins.
Unfortunately the room on which our floor had a very smoky smell.
Other than that it was a beautiful place
Will definitely recommend.

It is a great place for those who can afford. Food (Buffet breakfast and dinner) is extremely good. The chefs include a South-Indian Master chef who prepares the Dosas so well. He prepares South Indian filter coffee with the classic aroma. Rooms and other facilities are on par with any 5-star hotel

It lies in middle of Mumbai Hance providing perfect commute to either ends of the city. Good hotel to stay and price worth too. Rooms are spacious. They look small in the photo but are spacious enough.

I think I left something in the comments but it was not successfully uploaded: I love the design of women-only floor! Food is great. The service girl on 26th (sorry I forgot the name - a thin short girl very smiling and kind) is very helpful and kind. SPA floor is very nice too (the small is awesome).
Only two probs: 1- swimming pool is not heated, very cold 2- the hotel likes to call for feedback which is totally not necessary (if i have prob I will call. Receiving call is kinda annoying).

First time I booked this property. Visited on 19th July. I generally stay near the international airport but thought to stay near the posh locale of parel. This is one hell of awesome property.

I'm happy that I got an opportunity to stay in this beautiful property. Every precaution was being taken and all guidelines followed. The check in was contactless and the payment done beforehand. I was being upgraded to ITC one room. The room was on the 23rd floor. Huge room and beautifully done. The view from the room was superb. The best thing was the bed and the massage chair provided.

The best thing is that they ensured that everything was contactless. The food can be ordered through QR code. I ordered food twice. First day evening I ordered the buffalo chicken wings. I found them a bit greasy but the chicken was perfectly cooked and the spiced chutney was good. Quantity was really good as it killed my hunger pangs for sure...

Food served here is really good. On the first morning I ordered brown bread toast with a sunny side up egg. Followed by watermelon juice and Belgian waffle. I was almost full and just ate 1/4th of the waffle although it was done as per my taste.. The staff was really nice and we had a small conversation. The second day I ordered a brown toast with a mixed veg omelette, with a sweet lime juice. And then I ordered idli just to try it but I would say it is one of the best that I ate in mumbai for a long time. Specially the sambar as it tasted as authentic as south indians make it at home.

Now comes the good part. Second day night I wanted to order something from their menu. So I ordered a Chettinad Pepper Chicken. I would not be unfair everything was absolutely bang on. The cheese cake just reminded me my good old days in US. A special thanks to chef Das who cooked it with so much love.

Lastly I want to thank everyone from the housekeeping for making my room as per my need. The guy at the restaurant who made sure that I wasn't alone while eating food as we had a good talk. The entire staff at the front office who were all smiles and made sure that all my demands were fulfilled.

The hotel is more than just a five star hotel. The ambiance is superb. The staff very courteous and the food is a gastronomic delight. The hotel rooms are superbly appointed with any and every facility available - swimming pool, business centre, spa, etc. Every room is air-conditioned with a refrigerator and LED TV, as well as free Wi-Fi. The hotel is very centrally located so that business travellers and leisure seekers can find it most convenient.

An old gem amongst the luxury hotels in Mumbai. Great location, amazing food.

It is located at Parel area of Mumbai which is near by to Siddhivinayak temple but it takes good 40-50minutes to reach airport at non-traffic hours. The place is easily accessible, and easy to find. This place has a great view. The service is great but room could have been better. The service and food is also good.

Excellent service. Utmost care in the times of COVID from the elevator to dining to room all are well taken care. Special appreciation for Veneta for a pleseant and smiling service.

Ruchita and her team is very cooperative and response is very prompt.
