Exceptional service accompanied with immaculate cleanliness, SOP s and a very friendly staff.

Spacious but dated rooms, with the staff making sure you personally feel the luxury. While I would give five stars to the staff, there's a huge scope of improvement for the rooms especially to justify the price tag compared to stalwarts like Grand Chola.

Loved staying here. Great reception and sincere staffs.. food was A+++.. they even upgraded me freely to tower room.. enjoyed staying here..

Very good hotel in the heart of Mumbai city, great interiors many restaurants good views. As you enter there is valet parking and then after security check you enter a grand lobby with a reception and polite and courteous staff. There are 4 elevators to take you tou your rooms and there are small and big business meeting rooms and also conference halls. A complete 5 star experience

Was here for birthday celebrations - top notch hospitality & service. One of the best birthdays indeed. Taking all the necessary safety & hygiene precautions.

I had gone to ITC for a wedding of a fellow colleague, the ambience was amazing. We had a lawn reception too. The service was good but same can't be said about the food. It was okayish but didn't meet the standards of a luxurious hotel but is was compensated dor the service and ambience. Overall great experience. Must visit atleast once.

Hotel is situated at very Best place Nr,by parel station all are staff are well educated and mannerd,it was very good experience for me.

Got room with a good view, plus comfortable bed, international electric outlet, mini-fridge, iron etc. Regular housekeeping. Decent gym on premises, and hotel is close distance from most parts of the old city. Palladium Mall is walking distance and Gateway is 100Rs away on Ola cabs. Restaurants at the hotel are too pricey!!

Quite shoddy in quality of food and service. Went for a morning meeting at their coffee shop last week and had to almost chase them to come to the table for an order after half an hour of being seated. Then they forgot about the order when it was checked on another half an hour later! Had to repest the order to another waiter. To get the cheque, again had to try quote a bit to get their attention. Reminded me of their midnight biryani buffet which I had 7 years ago (which was the last time I'd set foot there on my own choice) when stale dal was served at the buffet and when the staff were informed - they promptly cleared the buffet of the dal option! No apology, no acknowledgement to the table who saved them from further embarassment - just hush up things under the carpet stance. This is definitely no star hotel - you never know how old and rotten the food may really be.

This hotel is remarkable. It feels like you are living inside a palace. The people that work the front door and within the lobby are fantastic human beings. They welcomed us during our first moments in India and we felt like true royalty. We would recommend this hotel again and again to anyone we know. The concierge was very helpful and made some sound recommendations. We found the little selection of books/maps in the lobby to be useful as well. They also hooked us up with a driver for one of the days that was reliable and fun a man who once drove around Angelina Jolie.

Amazing, fabulous, phenomenal and I am out of words. The best stay of our lives till date. I surprised my husband on his birthday by booking a staycation at ITC Grand central and I am more than happy that I chose this beautiful place.
It won't have been possible without the brilliant assistance of Abigail Fernandes. She is the face of ITC for me now. She left no stone unturned to help us in having the time of our lives. Her passion towards customer service can be seen by her going an extra mile for us. She arranged for a complimentary room upgrade, a walk through of the premises, an access to the point of view (worth visiting) and above all the delicious cake that had all the warmth in it. She was always there for anything we needed & responded within a minute. I must say that Abigail is undoubtedly a strong reason why we had such pleasant time staying at ITC.
I am happy to see how the safety measures are being diligently followed. From elevators to rooms to the restaurants. The whole team is giving their 100% to make the guests feel precious.
I am so glad to have visited such a wonderful place right in the heart of mumbai. It was just one day but felt like a long tenure of divine indulgence.
I will surely visit again.

People serving with smile and that smile is genuinely visible even behind MASK. Fabian is fantabulous in his interactions , Santosh serves with so much care that it gives Satisfaction ( meaning Santosh only) , last time met Anand in restaurant, this time could not see him but I still remember how he enjoys ( Anand ) his work. No wonder why you got best employer awards in the past as only happy employees can serve happily. Wishing all the employees to be in best of their health and keep serving like this only.

ITC grand is doubtlessly one of the best places to stay. The service is top class, the food is amazing and the location is perfect for travelling anywheren Mumbai.

On the top of it you never know when you will be surprised by complimentary jiuce, fruits or a personalised good wishes card.

I would say is a highly recommend place for stay.

ITC Grand Central is walkable from curry road station on central line of mumbai local trains.
You can avail taxi from dadar station east if you are traveling from express.
It really stands for its name.. The ambience, food, people are just awesome.. Many options of quality restaurants, royal suits to stay, venues for corporate meetings & events... Truly GRAND..

The banquet manager of the ballroom was too arrogant and I think he was not professionally trained in talking to the guests who visit at the hotel! Bad experience!

Attend a function last week. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and luxurious. Right from the Entrance to hotel until the exit, every staff of the hotel followed the hygiene and safety norms. The service is outstanding it caters to needs of the hour.

An exceptional 5 star hotel in central Mumbai. The lobby is grand and the service is fantastic. The hotel has all the amenities you could ask for in a five star hotel.

The restaurants are numerous with varied cuisine. The food is exceptional in all of them. Hornby s Pavilion, an all day dining restaurant, has a fantastic buffet lunch. The day we went they had a live band. Kebabs & Kurries is an exclusive Indian restaurant.

Overall a really good hotel.

It is a Really nice luxurious hotel, located at parel. The people working there are really helpful and kind! If you are looking for a good luxury hotel to stay at. Then this hotel and St Regis are a very good option. The food here is awesome too!

I came here for lunch, at the Kebabs and Kurries, all indian restaurant, loved the food, I am a non vegetarian, so I have tandoori prawn and some chicken dish, absolutely mouth watering... Today being Women's day, we got extra cookies(mom's magic). Needless to say(delicious)

Visited Mumbai and stayed here, nice place to stay and very courteous staff.

One of a kind. This hotel has lot of character and dining at K&K is always a celebration.

Spacious lobby. The place was quiet and serene. The dining area was dimly lit. Nothing too fancy about it. Food was average. It was a buffet menu served on the table. Service was slow.

Very good service, well maintained and well sanitised hotel. Good practices and precautions are followed amid covid situation. Rooms are Nice good space. Nice amenities. Quick response from the staff. Overall a great stay.

ITC's business hotel in Lower Parel is a lassic luxury hotel with an eye for detail. A green hotel that has made a conscious effort to not use single use plastic. Great good and service. Lovely rooms.

Attended a wedding on the lawns. Very nice place, and the food is pretty good too. Getting in and out can take a while if they're busy though.

Really nice hotel only thing it lacks is a view. Like all ITC hotels the Grand Central also has great ambience. The rooms are really nice and service is prompt. The breakfast menu offers really nice Indian spread along with the usual American and English breakfast options. There is an awesome kebas restaurant which make some lovely kebabs. The honey almond tart is my all time favorite.

Just loved the stay. Comfortable ambience and cooperative staff deliver a homely feel. Would surely recommend this place to all relatives, friends and colleagues.
