Quite shoddy in quality of food and service. Went for a morning meeting at their coffee shop last week and had to almost chase them to come to the table for an order after half an hour of being seated. Then they forgot about the order when it was checked on another half an hour later! Had to repest the order to another waiter. To get the cheque, again had to try quote a bit to get their attention. Reminded me of their midnight biryani buffet which I had 7 years ago (which was the last time I'd set foot there on my own choice) when stale dal was served at the buffet and when the staff were informed - they promptly cleared the buffet of the dal option! No apology, no acknowledgement to the table who saved them from further embarassment - just hush up things under the carpet stance. This is definitely no star hotel - you never know how old and rotten the food may really be.
