Luxury hotel. Conducted an event there.
Arrangements for more than 600 people were made in the hall/dance-hall. There was option for open dining, but it got messed up due to rains. The place is expensive and upscale, attracts higher echelons of the society. The property is iconic in architecture and it is well maintained. The staff is extremely courteous and attend to your needs gracefully.
Valet parking facility is available here.
In-house restaurants and coffee-shops offer fine range of cuisine.

It's more like a heritage hotel with premium amenities. It can be a bit far compared to other 5 star hotels from airport and city centre.

I had stayed here for one night and enjoyed their place. I like the restaurant offering all BBQ... what a nice food. Love the staff and all personnel at hotel and restaurant. There is wills lifestyle shop inside for those who want to get quick shopping if rushing for business meetings or other things..

We are a big fan of Shanghai Club in ITC Grand Central. The ongoing Seafood Month at Shanghai Club has the freshest catch cooked according to our requirements. Several fresh seafood are on display: octopus, lobster, crab, prawns and pomfrets. Chef Swanand will recommend and make for you the best Chinese preparation for your choice of seafood. The portion size is good, the food is fresh and the dishes are delicious! ITC follows safety protocol #WeAssure, so just enjoy the food without worrying about safety and hygiene. Authentic Chinese dishes are served here.

ITC Grand Central is built on an old factory building. You can see some restored historical pieces in the premises. A centrally located 5 Star Hotel with a nice lively Coffee Shop serving great Chai and Pakoda combos. Ideal for conferences.

It was a very beautiful experience. Nice space, great arrangement, high-minded atmosphere, but the oppression does not come..because you do not feel hesitant staff.,,

Posh super quality hotel in many locations in Mumbai. Always has exceptional food, whether in the restaurants or for weddings. Probably one of the few places where you can't go wrong cuisine wise.

Great hotel. Rooms and decor are a bit old but the awesome service and caring staff more than makes it up for it. Location good on map but to get to main lower parel area it takes a lot of time due to traffic and metro construction.

An amazing hotel with nice interiors and good food. It s a premium 5 star in parel mumbai so the cost is on the higher side, rightly so. The food is good. Try the dal makhani which is really nice and creamy churned for a long time and really delicious.

Nice hotel. Had gone for marriage function. I'm quite a foodie but did not like the food taste. Hospitality is gud. But personally I would recommend trident over this hotel

I was there for a family wedding function on last week.I was very impressed with the kind of security measures put in place .I happened to speak with the supervisor Mr Patekar.He is an asset to the hotel.He managed to tackle the rush with his team and was able to guide in a professional way.Kudos.Keep it Up.

It was a wonderful experience well groomed staff who took service to a whole new level was simply mind blowing, nothing was too much, any request was answered and served with a smile.

Such a cool ambience and most cool we're the staff, I visited with my family it was a wonderful stay...

A luxury place needs great service, and ITC Grand Central offers that. Despite a rough beginning upon our late arrival when we didn t get the room we booked for and was confirmed via email a day before we got there (sorta demoted). Our attendance also didn t get a consolation drink to our room. Well we ignored that because we had to focus on our travel. The next morning during our breakfast, the same receptionist showed up to apologize for the mistake of failed drink and offered to change room for us.

Not getting the right room and not getting the complimentary drink were according to our experience with a five-star hotel is quite unforgivable- a no no; however, the act to admit to the mistake does show class. So big thanks to Nikita for amending the situation and brought the glory back to ITC. Well done.

We enjoyed the breakfast and general facilities, especially the spa area. Although the hotel s interior is getting outdated, the maintenance is quite good.

Keep up the good work.

Its a 5 Star Luxury Hotel of ITC Group. Centrally located at Parcel in Central Mumbai, its close to the Business Districts of Lower Park and Worli, Crawford Market and Fort and around 5/6 km from BKC. Impeccable service quality and great food. Their Coffee Shop Hornsbys Pavilion offers a delicious menu for buffet Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. For those who want to have a peaceful dining experience, albeit at a higher cost, its a good option. Their speciality Indian Restaurant offers signature dishes from the Khayber Pakhutunwa Region (Peshawar and Surrounding Areas). The Chinese Restaurant is however always empty. They serve Authentic Chinese, a bit bland people geel. and not the Indo-Chinese cuisine which Indians expect from a Chinese Restaurant.
Overall a great place if one can afford to stay and eat here

A superb luxury hotel. Super central location. Had an amazing room- perfectly designed, great bed, everything was very comfortable. Perfect breakfast buffet. Pleasant and very helpful staff. Totally a place to come back to.

Had a very relaxing stay. The room was wonderful with all amenities and an amazing view. The hotel staff was incredibly courteous and made sure that I was comfortable. Special thanks to Prateek for being so helpful and chef Aditi for the delicious Biryani.

My stay at ITC was a roller coaster, full of ups and downs.
Beginning with, the front desk staff which was great.. but those entrusted with breakfast buffet r quite rude to say the least.
I am from an upper middle class family and I was laughed upon during the buffet. Furthermore, while others got thier orders in time, we were rather ignored.
Also, they don't have a lavish spread for any of the three meals ( can be due to covid).
Lastly, thanks for giving us our lunch even at 4:30 pm, since the front desk had Abigail, who got lunch arranged for us cause we reached quite late from Shirdi due to traffic(I'll appreciate where I feel help was extended towards us, but yea the junior staff at Hornbees pavillion was not good at all).
Lastly, I would like to thank those at the bell desk along with the cleaning staff, since one ur employee from cleaning team found out my mom's lost earnings from the garden area, which was commendable.

All in all I will not opt for ITC in the future, because honestly we felt a lot embarassed at the buffet.. well let it be.. For me Ramada will be my first option..

It's one of the best structure in Mumbai standing tall and marvelous. The ambayance is very soothing and the staff is also very kind would love to come here again

the approach to this place is a nightmare... so crowded n congested... a big bottle neck... traffic doesn't move... the roads are all dug up from all the sides.... please look into this problem seriously n diligently n solve the problem at the earliest

Bathroom needs improvement but easily recognised by car as well as nice food and nice clean rooms as well as polite staffs and clean hotel the most important part was cleanliness and hygiene and both was there in a hotel food was nice nice structure of hotel and beautiful swimming pool all over a nice hotel to stay in . .
