Coffee shop on the first floor is nice , finger food is tasty. Perfect setting for a quiet time with peers.
Has a smoking section too.

Ambience was luxurious. Had a wonderful time here however food quality was not that great in Buffett.

The hygiene .the humble reception staff and the over all experience was good except for the breakfast..
It was a complete disappointment..
We understand the present covid situation but. There was no management .
We had to scan and choose the breakfast from menu and inform the service guy ..we were five plus a baby with us there was just one glass on the table no cutlery .only half of our order was served. No tea or coffee till the end we waited for and hour and half .
My husband is diabetic. He dint get his order..no fruits were given .staff was not bothered to inform us or get back to us even after reminding them three times ..if the kitchen staff had the guests list for breakfast they should have been prepared..
We understand the shortage of staff but many things from the menu could have been kept ready to serve.
Not only us but everyone in the banquet hall was upset and angry

Suggestion.. instead of scanning in the restaurant,, take the orders from the room two hours before and keep ready and then call them to serve..if at all you hv shortage of staff
Or food can be selected from the buffet by guets
And then served by the staff on table like Radisson blue it was much organised there..

Amidst all the chaos, an exhausting travel, jet lag and the fear of catching the virus, I felt extremely comfortable staying at the hotel.
From being connected to the person in charge, to a lovely communication, a highly professional and tranquil check in and assertive measures taken during the pandemic, the stay was extremely warm and cozy.
Even though my first stay at the hotel was due to an unprecedented time, I am certain to come back and have a blissful stay again, and enjoy all the services and facilities that aren t available at the moment due to COVID19 (to ensure complete safety of the guests).
I am glad to add ITC Grand Central as an amazing hotel and a must come again place to my list of pleasant stays in the world.
I highly recommend this place for people seeking a delightful yet homely place to stay at.

Centrally located Prime Hotel property in the Center of Bombay. Very close to Global Hospital as well as KEM hospital in Parel. Very neat and clean rooms as well as bathrooms. Has an in-house very high grade Fabelle brand Chocolate store in the ground floor of the Hotel. The chocolates are worth a buy but a but highly priced compared to the volume or qty available in the price paid for. Few things at the room were not available, like having a marking of the Qaba for performing namaz as well as the staff did not have a compass handy to guide the right direction of the Qaba for knowing the right direction or angle to perform namaz. At my last visit there was a good and different brand or type of Coffee available in the room, this time only simple Nescafe sachets were there and the creamer available were also not up to the mark to enjoy a good strong cup of Coffee. We visited the Horn B's Pavillion restaurant for dinner for Valentine's day, lot of variety to eat for Non-Veg eaters but very less options for Vegetarian eaters. The fresh Water Melon juice was nice as well as the deserts chocolates and pastries specially done for Valentine's day dinner were very nice and tasty. The restaurant uses a special water all the way from Bhutan VEEN from The Himalayan territory, tastes different and Natural as Hill water. For some reason the Hotel was too highly priced at this stay but we needed to stay there as we had two days of medical tests to be undergone at the Global Hospital so had no other option to stay close to the hospital so had to take what was available.

Chose to be quarantined at this hotel when I returned from abroad
* Before I entered the hotel, I was asked to sanitise my hands, wear gloves and a face mask. All these things were provided by the hotel at its entrance.
* I was also asked to fill up an undertaking form and submit it to the front desk.
* ITC immediately agreed to my city side view bedroom request.
* After checking in, I had to carry my bags to my floor myself because the staff weren t supposed to interact with us or our things.
* The room was clean and well arranged as usual.
* A small table was kept outside my room on which breakfast, lunch & dinner would be delivered through contactless delivery .
* I was provided with garbage bags in the room and I was instructed to seal the bag (tie it) and keep it outside my room for the staff to collect it.
* I was a bit disappointed with the food served during the first 4 days of my quarantine due to the simple menu and quantity of the food.
* After a call to the butler service , I was told that the hotel had to follow a few dietary instructions by the government- less salt, spice and oil for people in quarantine for the first few days.
*The food on the fifth, sixth and seventh day was quite palatable and I enjoyed it!
* I got tested for COVID-19 on the fifth day and had to pay a certain amount to the sampler. My reports came in, after 48 hrs, after which I left the hotel.
* The front desk staff- Kajol, Yash, Nikita and Roshni were kind, super helpful and attentive throughout my stay, really appreciate their efforts.
* I had to record my temperature on the digital thermometer provided by the hotel and report it to the staff via the provided WhatsApp number.
* One of the front desk staff would call me once a day to check my status.
* It was a comfortable stay during my quarantine period.
* The reason why I m giving a 4 star review is because I was very disappointed with the food. The staff, especially Kajol was very attentive to me. Thank you Kajol! Thank you ITC team!

The place carries the legacy of great service, friendly and warm staff. The food is absloutey worth every penny, be it the buffet spread or speciality restaurants. A must visit for Chinese food.

Had been on 8th march for womans day...the food at hornbys was lovely...the dessert, fresh juices, salads, with everything else veg and non veg , spread and taste was most amazing.
Best part is if you want a chilled place just to talk and have a good time, then this is the place...cause there is no blaring music and lights...just comfy atmosphere to chill

ITC Grand Central takes the benchmark of luxury & sanitised stay to the next level. Superb ambience and really well trained staff. One of the best hotel stays in Mumbai. Certainly recommended for staycation or rejuvenation.

This review is only for the Hornbys cafe -

The buffet is closed in the pandemic and hence the only option is from menu. They do not have a wide range of options as compared to their Buffet. We ordered hummus and it was sour in taste. Immediately the chef replaced it with corn cheese balls which were tasty.

The paneer dish in main course had too much of oil/ghee unlike a 5 star preparation.

Not a great experience dining in.

It's a great business hotel but for a short stint. Perfect location for work in South Mumbai area.

Food is great but find hornbys pavilion a little noisy if you make it in the peak hours. The gym is okay and the pool too ... But they are just okay.

Stayed here last year in Sept and had a great experience, we checked in late and were upgraded to their best room and had a top notch service. Highly recommend them!

Me and my husband often comes to dine at ITC grand central and we always enjoy the food and services.
We had come on Thursdays to dine and as usual we love visit Dublin and hang around the bar after our dinner and this time we had experience something new on our visit so far.
As we set at the bar a tall man steped towards us,he introduced himself politely.

Mr Kawaljeet khasriya.
He was very well trained and I should say never met any humble man in my entire visit anywhere so far..we thought of drinking fresh line soda but he suggested us with different good mocktails and we had some pomegranate & cranberry mocktails. I once again thank him for making our night pleasant..we will come back soon

Nice upscale hotel. However, the property is getting dated and needs refurbishment in the rooms. Nonetheless, the rooms are neat, clean and well maintained. Service levels are really nice - warm and friendly. Breakfast is very nice. Spread is good. Also don't miss dosas made by the old chef - he really adds a personal touch. Gym is small across 2 levels but still nice and functional. Centrally located property.

Great Ambiance and everyone is very polite and helpful. Awesome food at Hornbys Pavilion. Not that spicy food but you can ask for chef to make it accordingly they will oblige. The oriental fixed buffet is simply one of the best

I had pretty bad check-in experience. Apart from that the hotel has all good qualities of a classic ITC hotel. The breakfast service was good, room service was pretty good as well and the staff helped me coordinate a great checkout while I was rushing between meetings.

I visited the hotel for our office event, as the hotel known for its royalty, it's a definately a royal experience, staff is very much supported, our event place is very good in terms of seating arrangement, cleanliness, accessibility etc, the food was also very good.

I mean we all have google and know of the amenities provided by this class of hotel chains. What sets this place apart in all honesty is Fabian. If you have the good fortune of meeting this very gentlemanly of gentlemen, you will know what I speak of. If I could give a 6th star for the human connection that is propagated by Fabian, I would. Fabian if you see this; you're the real MVP and this place is but walls and concrete without people like you.
