Amazing, fabulous, phenomenal and I am out of words. The best stay of our lives till date. I surprised my husband on his birthday by booking a staycation at ITC Grand central and I am more than happy that I chose this beautiful place.
It won't have been possible without the brilliant assistance of Abigail Fernandes. She is the face of ITC for me now. She left no stone unturned to help us in having the time of our lives. Her passion towards customer service can be seen by her going an extra mile for us. She arranged for a complimentary room upgrade, a walk through of the premises, an access to the point of view (worth visiting) and above all the delicious cake that had all the warmth in it. She was always there for anything we needed & responded within a minute. I must say that Abigail is undoubtedly a strong reason why we had such pleasant time staying at ITC.
I am happy to see how the safety measures are being diligently followed. From elevators to rooms to the restaurants. The whole team is giving their 100% to make the guests feel precious.
I am so glad to have visited such a wonderful place right in the heart of mumbai. It was just one day but felt like a long tenure of divine indulgence.
I will surely visit again.
