This hotel is remarkable. It feels like you are living inside a palace. The people that work the front door and within the lobby are fantastic human beings. They welcomed us during our first moments in India and we felt like true royalty. We would recommend this hotel again and again to anyone we know. The concierge was very helpful and made some sound recommendations. We found the little selection of books/maps in the lobby to be useful as well. They also hooked us up with a driver for one of the days that was reliable and fun a man who once drove around Angelina Jolie.
