An excellent hotel in a central location. Facilities and service was impeccable. Will definitely want to repeat the experience the next time we are in town.

Old but reasonably maintained property. Spacious... Situated in the heart of the city. Food quality is above average. Security and Front office have a laid back attitude. No sufficient parking space and driver amenities.

Great hotel in central Mumbai easily accessible from airport and railway station. Has amazing 24 hour cafe -Hornby's pavilion which serves cuisine from all over the world. The hotel also has a Mughlai and a Chinese cuisine restaurant. They have conference rooms and hall and open area suitable for weddings, business conferences and official events.

ITC hotels doesn't need any reviews, best in class hospitality and services.

The staff, hygiene and service is excellent. Considering the Covid times, the protocols are thoroughly followed and they make sure things are safe as much as possible.

One of the better Mumbai hotels I've stayed at in the recent past. Super courteous staff, great food, Central location and all services one can ask for.

Good rooms and polite service. Disappointed with the food though. I expected better taste and skill and innovation. But yeah felt extremely safe and peaceful.

Amazing Hotel to stay with clean and comfy beds. Food variety both in dinner and breakfast.

Location must say is approachable within 45minutes from Airport by cab as lot of construction is underway. You will also find lots of cabs standing outside the hotel 24/7 to take you anywhere in city.

Staff is courteous and generous and ready to help you out anytime.

Okay !!! Needs upgrade and cleaning on the outer surface. The service at the coffee shop was good. The tea is okay. The cold coffee was good. The atmosphere was very relaxed

The stay was memorable.the tooms were well maintained and had a beautiful landscape viwe , the food is great and the breakfast setup was also mouthwatering. The premies is also well maintain and keep the cleaned. Will look forward to came back again and surely recommend the hotel.

Real good ambience and service , the options for having a meal or snacks is very limited though.

We had a marriage function at the Ballroom despite the tough covid times the service, food and approach of the staff was exceptional. The food was awesome, staff was always smiling and made sure everything went well. All COVID protocol were followed perfectly. Special thanks to Deepali the banquets manager who was super helpful and went out of the way to make arrangement for a last minute event and was in touch even when on leave. Mr Harshal Patil & Kamal who were present all throughout the event and did everything with a smile.

Visited ITC grand for the first time , and im impressed by the hospitality at the hotel.
The room was amazing, and the view of mumbai from my room was beautiful. Definitely its a luxurious hotel. Breakfast buffet had so many options.one of the best hotel and i definitely enjoyed my stay .

We travelled to India for a friend's wedding at the Sula Vineyard, in the countryside.

Before returning home to sunny Aberdeen, our small group of five booked a couple nights at the ITC hotel in Mumbai. We wanted a few days to relax in style and comfort before our long flights home.

The hotel is as grand as the photos imply.
There are beautiful public spaces and spacious rooms, that were luxurious while still feeling welcoming.

The concierges were enguaging and offered to assist with our every need, while still maintained just the right level of poise and professionalism you expect at a grand hotel.

I highly recommend taking a day out in the pool and Spa area. You can greet the sun, take a dip in the pool and then spend the rest of your day between massages and the sauna.

Our group got a mix of pedicures and full body massages. There were a range of therapist available, from those that could put the girls in our group at ease, to the sole Mr.Chandrasingh who offered a pleasant ear while remaining able to smoothe the most stuborn of knots.

As for dining at the ITC, two days was not enough. There are a number of restaurants on the median floor and at least one more exclusive tea room & lounge at the rooftop viewing deck.

Even if you only manage one night at this hotel it will be worth every moment.
Just take note that, for a day in the Spa you really want two nights at this amazing place, so you can truely relax.

One of the best 5 star hotel in Parel, Mumbai. Well maintained hotel. Foods are very tasty and got lots of verity. Staff are always ready to help and very cooperative.Beutifule maintained lawn.suggest this place for stay & food.i had visited on December 1st week ,they have docorated the with Christmas theme.

A useful quite oasis in middle of the city..would be a five star rating but for the very limited tea menu at the lounge..

Happy with the service and safety at ITC Grand Central. Our lost car keys were safely handed back to us by Mr. Ingle and his diligent security team.

Excellent property and great hospitality. Completely prepared and geared up for Covid related safety protocols. From parking to entrance and elevators to room service and buffets... they've got it all covered. Specially impressed with the touchless elevator calling and floor selection.

The beauty of the ITC Grand Central doesn't fail to amaze me, neither does their food. A meal had at any of their restaurants is sure to be remembered for a long time. My personal favourite happens to be Shanghai Club that has an elaborate menu that includes dishes from different regions of China. The sticky toffee pudding is highly recommended.

I love the aesthetic. It can feel a bit dated but that just adds to the historic feel.

It's ageing hotel and over congested. Closeness to airport is a big plus

This too is a great place to stay, fine or meet friends. The 30th floor lounge is another fantastic place to meet business associates over a nice cup of coffee. But the Hornby Pavilion gets overcrowded and the lounge cafe is too small. The hotel should have more theme restaurants and lounge bars for early guests

The management is very concerned about the safety of visitors which we appreciate. It was ensured that guests use fresh and untouched cutlery, untouched rooms and lift buttons !

The food is just outstanding. Location is nice, massage chairs in junior suites are divine, banqueting area is stylish, many types of cuisines available. Nice small swimming pool & gym. Fun place, luxury hotel.

No words about this hotel. Be it their hospitality or cleaniness and safety measures amidst the current pandemic, their service is top notch. Cheers to each and every employee at the reception and the dining area. Also, the large breakfast spread was amazing. Complementary and tasty cake on your special ocassion every small request was taken care of.

Amazing hotel, lovely hospitality, very clean and hygienically maintained

Expensive to the core, but the interiors are so lavish, its a treat to just go and visit this place. And the food? Superb would be an understatement. But yeah too expensive so 4 stars from me.

I had a Quarantine in this for 7 days room was clean and good, Food was horrible provided from outside in a Plastic Package
