Set in a beautiful location near Parel, Mumbai, this hotel is built in the Windsor style and is styled similar to Taj property - The Windsor Manor in Bangalore - what is eye-catching is the amount of greenery that the architects have incorporated into this space.

The rooms are very comfortable, and comes with plush linen and multiple pillow options. There are 3 restaurants and a pub (The Dublin) on this property, along with a full spa, gym, swimming pool and sauna. The front office staff are very helpful and hospitable. This is a very good option for travelers visiting the businesses near Parel and the new IT guns in the erstwhile mill properties.

Excellent ambience..poorest quality and taste of food possible in India. A complete avoid for people who even remotely care about the taste of the food they eat. In terms of the property it is quite there amongst the best. The valet services could improve a lot though.

Amazing hospitality at this wonderful venue for destination wedding. Jackson has been instrumental in helping us plan the entire wedding from beginning to the over all experience till the end. Also would like to thank his team members Dipali and Ruchira for their help. Special mention for Chef Aditi who served us authentic Jain food and made sure that we don't miss our maharaj at the wedding. Great arrangements with extremely good covid protocol. I would like to thank entire team of ITC Grand Central Mumbai.

The stay was super comfortable and pleasant. The staff extremely courteous and welcoming and greet every time they see you with a smile. The check in and check out process was super smooth and quick. The rooms are are very comfortable with most amenities you'll need and free WiFi with a decent speed. The spread at the breakfast was delicious and fairly varied. Located in parel, it's definitely within the city realms.

It's an awesome place to be at. Being located in central area of Mumbai makes it more convenient for many travellers. The ambience is also very impressive. The culture of hospitality is definitely pleasing. And food is also good.

Wow! Excellent majestic hotel to be! So glamorous and so luxury! Very nice interior and food also delicious! I went to there Wills boutique showroom! They have some nice mens clothing! But prizes are bit expensive there!

It is situated in the heart of the city . It is one of finest 5 star deluxe hotel. Before entrance some traffic jam buts ok. It is some old but after naintaince its ok but all other amenities are ok with great view and friendly staff .

Great food. Attentive staff. Everything as one would expect. Would like to give a special mention to Mr Sharikh who served us dinner and was extremely considerate, going to extra lengths to make sure we had a palate-pleasing experience.

A great value for an ITC hotel. ITC really shines with it's service and more than makes up for its slightly dated rooms. Excellent old school property, although the lobby is quite unimpressive and small. Location is average as Parel really isn't a hotspot for anything! But excellent value for a five star hotel

Really disgusted with the ITC Parel!
1 year back on this day did a professional photo shoot for ITC Parel.
They wanted a creative cover for their food items and basic facilities that they provide.
I am a small-time but professional photographer. When they contacted me one year back, I was more than happy to do the job in their quoted price.
I dedicated my entire two days (7 and 8 hours shift) for this shoot.
Upon completion of the job I asked for my honest remuneration. They stretched it to a later date. When I asked again later, they stretched it even further and they did it again and again.
It is almost a year and all I ask from ITC Parel is for my honest earned money.
I am uploading the screenshots of the conversation to prove the authenticity of my claims.
Guys be aware and boycott such organization.
Once again, I publicly ask to @ITC Parel to provide my remuneration asap.

I enjoyed the pleasant and homely feel during my stay. Would love to comeback for this feeling during my next visit to Mumbai.

Staff is helpful and friendly. What i loved was i was travelling with an infant and they would offer milk at any time that i would require complimentary on their end. Breakfast has so much variety and eggless options too, if your a vegetarian you will have ample choices. Their beds have the best softest plushiest mattresses and pillows that i have found to be much more comfortable than u imagine. Im currently here and enjoying it every bit.

Keeping with the flavour of the original Mills in the area, the hotel has a flavour of its own. The central area retains the mill square feel while the food stays true to the ITC spirit. An English styled pub as well as restaurants on the top floors help retain the choices available here.

To give this property 5 stars is not doing enough justice. I had a business trip and this property went above its performance from every aspect.

It's located centrally in Parel, with a quick access to business districts of lower Parel. Being ITC, it is known for the delicious food and the best Bukhara Daal. Lobby is small, but functional. They have good open spaces as you go inside the hotel. Very convenient for business meetings as well as official dinners.

A great stay. The staff was very courteous. Food was amazing. Ambience was great. Cleanliness and safety standards were as good as I had hoped for. Definetly will stay here again.

It's 2 am, and I just got back to my room. Water is leaking through the ceiling!! Worst part is that hotel housekeeping was aware of the issue while I was away, but guess how did they fixed it - they removed the furniture and placed two towels on the floor. Even a 1 star hotel would have changed the room. Pathetic! Never going to stay here again, and would suggest you the same.

Good location. Great in room dining. The only drawbacks are the rooms look a little rundown. So does the lobby. No complaints about the service, which was really good. If they undergo a renovation, I'm sure it'll be a great place to stay in

Located in lower Parel. Pretty much easy to locate from main Street. The ballroom is great to host functions of 150-200 people. Food was great . Staff was properly trained. Great service. Overall great experience

We visit this hotel at least once a year to spend a weekend and chill. Its always been a great experience and this time was no different. The rooms are good. Reception services, room service, in room dining, house keeping are all excellent. Very well trained and responsive staff. The choice of restaurants is also good but we normally eat the buffet at Hornby's Pavillion It is superb,Excellent service too.
