Mindblowing experience at the ITC Grand Central.
5 rooms with 5 service from all staff. Dream view of the city skyline from the 25th floor room. Breakfast was yummy- all cuisines with great service. ITC always gives an amazing experience, never disappoints at any level. Kudos !!

Place is grand. Located in central Mumbai.
Atmosphere is very good. Interior very good. Staff is polite good.we had gone in marriage reception in ballroom. We were Appx. 400 guest.
Ample space. Dinner was delicious.(Veg.) Really

Very old hotel, not upto ITC standards at all don t book this resort if you re expecting ITC level service. Choose newer ITC hotels. I prefer Grand hyatt instead in Mumbai if price isn t an issue.

I was very happy here! The wonderful welcome and friendly service by Shahzia Khan made it feel like a real home. I booked the suite and it was fabulous. The extra space was great. It was vey clean.The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spotless. Really had a great time there and will visit you people very soon.

I attended an information session at CJs. The venue was good, staff was friendly and the appetizers were lip smacking

It's a very nice 5star hotel, the location near by these hotel is nice, in case if any guest aur employees are injured then there is a 2 to 4 hospitals which are very famous. The rooms are luxurious very comfortable bed, blanket,etc. The excellent services provide by the staff.

Utterly love this hotel. The food in their restaurant K&K (Kebabs & Kurries) is to die for. The Nehari Gosht is beyond amazing. The Dum Gosht Biryani is divine, and the kulfi is some of the best I've ever had.

Location is the advantage of this property. Starting from the front office to room service has not been great when compared with competition. The restaurant - Breakfast options and taste are awesome and excellent - Dinner is limited and challenging with taste, options. A place to go surely for couple of days, for long stays, requires introspection. Special Thanks to Mr. Hemant, Ms. Namrata for taking care of us daily, during our extended long stay. Thanks.

ITC is simply the best in hospitality! The staff at this facility are very well trained to provide the best of service. Have booked with them twice and each time the experience was smooth. Special mention of Mr.Jackson Dsouza at Sales, Samadhan at Concierge, Neeraj at Travel desk and Arun at central reservation, who are very cordial and always accessible. Keep up the good good work team.

The ITC Grand Central , is just awesome. No other words for it. I went in here for the first time in my life and was really flattered and fascinated by the over-all show of this beautiful property. No doubt it's called a luxury and a elite 5 star property to check-in. Ambience, interiors, staff, services, etc all over of a top notch quality. I went there for Engagement Ceremony,The hall Was Big.Ther is a Point of View on the 30th floor,You can have an wonderful view of Mumbai from there.Even the food quality and taste was delicious.

A delightful experience. Food was good and service was simply superbbb... Most important the hygiene standard and safety norms were properly maintained. In short, awesome hospitality.

I guess there is nothing much to stay other than WOW experience. One should experience the same to know more about ITC. 4k per night and its worth ;-)

Lovely property very modernistic design. Hornbys and shanghai pavilion restaurant are very beautiful and the ambience just get you. Food is also of great taste.

Had visited to hear a panel discussion talk on gender bias... They had served some great food. Ambience is fabulous

Staying here for the second time. So here's the good and bad.

Bad:
1) It was my parents anniversary, I asked them if there's anything they can do to make it special. They said they'll have a cake ready when we come. No cake was made, nothing special was done ... if anything they gave our rooms on two separate floors after making us wait. They didn't even wish, I called them twice to confirm !!! In the past hotels like Four seasons and Taj go out of their way to make our celebrations special. Very disappointed here. It's ok if they couldn't do anything, but they shouldn't have promised. I was so annoyed I cancelled our restaurant reservation and we celebrated else where.
2) It's 2019 ... which hotel doesn't offer at least free basic wifi ? It doesn't help that the mobile networks barely function in the hotel. This is just greedy.
3) The breakfast isn't as good as it used to be. I miss the senior south indian chef. Their variety has also reduced a little.
4) The hospitality is still iffy. Lot of service staff but very little service. And they take ages for everything. They do the least possible job as slow as possible. No real warmth of hospitality.

Good:
1) I love the aesthetics of this place. Sunsets by the pool are beautiful.
2) The sunbeam coffee samples at the hotel are excellent. Makes really good french press coffee.
3) The service staff at the spa and pool were friendly.
4) Their signature breakfast dishes are actually pretty good. It's nice to see they have gluten free options.

This place wouldn't be my first booking choice. But if I had to stay here I wouldn't complain too much. They have the potential of being much better if they get their service in order.

The Hotel Property is little aged but has all the things that you need and expect from a five star ITC. Like other ITC , this does have Bathtub but it also lacks Glass bathroom with shower. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Prajakta for helping me out with the check in. Go to K&K for delicious North Indian food.

Hotel is situated at a very posh area in Mumbai and the local areas in Mumbai is quite near to the hotel. The surrounding scenario is very good to watch in the evening time and rainy season The wind flowing from the window of hotel rooms make us feel fresh. The room size is very spacious not like other hotel (compactible) All the staff members and management are very good and kind as well as helpful Free WiFi is provided within the hotel premises EVEN THERE ARE MULTIPLE BARS IN THE HOTEL COMPLETE BREAKFAST IS FREE THE FOOD QUALITY OF THE HOTEL IS FREE I am looking n live with the location of hotel.its very neat and clean The rooms of the hotel and well furnished and well equipped.

I went there wid my frnd just walkin and there was a travel guide named viral patel who was well groomed and polite. I liked the chinese restaurant which was informed by viral he was really kind and responsible,Which shows there are well trained employess.

The staff is very accommodating and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel catered to each and every need of my family, along with being hospitable and firm about it.

It was a great experience. I was upgraded to presidential suite, and it was amazing. The breakfast was great. Aadhar helped us a lot in the hotel. He was very sweet

and Do go on top floor to see Mumbai view ..Staff is helpful and friendly. What i loved was i was travelling with an infant and they would offer milk at any time that i would require complimentary on their end. Breakfast has so much variety and eggless options too, if your a vegetarian you will have ample choices. Their beds have the best softest plushiest mattresses and pillows that i have found to be much more comfortable than u imagine.
