Well, I came here for a work in Chinchpokli all the way driving from Belagavi, with 5% battery left in my phone and network on roaming switching to 2G, I happened to stop at the gates of this hotel, I went in I asked for a vacant room to stay as it was dark, the receptionist greeted me so well, he asked for a reservation done online, I told him my condition with phone and all, he gave away his hotspot to connect to, and I booked a room in this hotel, which is nothing short of a heaven..great people,great stay , awesome food... P.S Don't miss the Fabele chocolates.. thank u so much ITC. Will be back soon
