Located at one of the best areas(central Mumbai) At a feasible distance from most of the tourist places

In center of Mumbai with quite good view. ITC is known for their luxury and eco-friendly environment, which can definitely be found in grand Central. Staffs are quite courteous & help full. In room dining service awith some varied & delicious food. Grand Central might change few things as they did with ITC Kohinoor.
Most important they have done quite good in terms of Covid precautions.

Fantastic location for hosting any corporate event , wedding / wedding functions or just a grand party
The excellent food accompanied by excellent staff
The garden location just adds up the charm to the event .
A must for a budget 5* event

Visited ITC for an event. Very courteous staff. Pretty ambiance. Its always a plessure to spend time in such a lavish environment. Great experience.

Came here to book a conference and around 200 rooms. Bad experience at the reception. I was told by a receptionist Shraddha , as there is no one to attend to you right now. You write an email to us and we will look into!

Beautiful structure and Building

It's a heritage 5 star, feels really royal however, spotting the entrance is a hassle.

It's beautiful but what a hassle if you enjoy going through tsa check at the airport then you will enjoy this place every time you walk into your own hotel you must be wanded down and everything you bring must be checked by the security in front before you can enter so glad we are only staying two nights oh and the girls in front are obnoxious. Upon checking in the girl insisted on taking us to the room and came inside to point out every light switch and explain how to use them... to the point my boyfriend had to ask three times if she would please just leave our room. They really need to retrain their staff here

Had a great stay. It is well connected to key areas. The ambience is fabulous and the staff members are always ready to assist with a big smile.

A small suggestion: May be you can make WiFi free. Almost all hotels offer complimentary WiFi and wifi is not a luxury any more.

Very fine boutique hotel with all the luxury and amenities, a good choice for Indian and international cuisine.

I went there to attend a business conference . The staff was courteous to keep my luggage safely and the lunch menu was vast and delicious. Good place for conferences

Not the best 5* hotel in the city. Having traveled for work enough I have seen exceptional service and had great experiences at several hotels in Mumbai and this one is on the bottom of my list. Service is meh and so is the staff attitude. Other itc hotels are better in catering for guest needs. Also expect long wait times during check in and check out. Very disappointing experience.

Great ambience. Lovely food. The Indian selection is amazing and the staff is friendly and the location is easy to view from a moving car. Great prices on the rooms as well.

Was an amazing stay, with everything being taken care of by the wonderful staff at ITC Grand Central. Food quality service and hygiene is worth mentioning. The housekeeping staff and room service was par excellence.

ITC Grand Central has open space next to it's conference Hall, which is very useful for lunch and refreshments break. But in rainy season, we can't use this facility so, can't hire the lobby level ballroom for large event.

We had mathan program in ballroom of ITC.The hall was very good and the service provided by ITC was very good.

Well worth the price. Super Luxury and worthy quality of facilities. Food is the best of all ITCs.

Incredible place. Perhaps the finest hotel in Mumbai. The restaurants "Kabab & Kurries" has good tandoor, grill, mughlai specials, the Chinese in "Shanghai" is authentic. Dublin Pub is superb for a hangout over a mug of beer. Dont forget to visit "Kaya Kalp" spa. Gym, Sauna, Steam bath, Gym, Swimming pool etc are very well maintained.
Recommend a must visit to this place.

The sofas and chairs in the lobby has torn upholstery... Not expected from a 5 star hotel. The place overall doesn't give a good feeling.. it's very dead. The rooms too aren't that great

It's overall a pretty convenient and great place to atay at if you ever visit mumbai. Food's great, surrounding area is pretty chill. If you're planning to stay at south bombay, Taj is the go-to but by anychance you end up in parel or surrounding locality, ITC is the best place.

Beautiful terrace garden venue for a wedding reception! Despite being close to highway, somehow, one never heard the traffic sounds from the flyover. The food, as part of the wedding reception was great - both starters as well as the main course. Chaat counters at 5 starter hotels usually seem lacklustre, but this was quite tasty.

The look and feel of the place is great. It's pretty peaceful when you get in even though it's close to a busy area. The staff were very friendly. Everything seemed to be in order and I enjoyed my experience.
