Very nice location , 1 km from lower parel station. Room are very nice and clean. Breakfast is awesome. Nice and relaxing sitting area.

Easily u can locate ,nice place,staff is good food is good near to station ,you get taxi also easily.

Proactive staff. Good facilities for corporate events. Easily accessible location.

Covid made having a safe honeymoon at a dreamy location difficult. BUT the family
At ITC GC Mumbai- their effort, their professionalism, and their astute talent and grasp of stalwart hospitality- all of that filled an erstwhile void. Mehul, Fabian, Veneta, chef Sameer . To name a few made the experience so pleasurable. I can t wait to be here again.

A highly expensive and rich place to visit once in a while. Good for family marriages etc.

Although the location is great, that's probably the only best thing about the hotel in Mumbai. My wife and I stayed at ITC Grand Central, Parel on the 24th and 25th of January of 2021. We made our booking through the MakeMyTrip app and it seemed like they gave us a differentiated treatment due to our choice of booking platform. The room was clean but there were some yellow stains on our bed spread. The iron machine didn't work and when we were not even given toothbrushes, on questioning they said that they toiletries were only provided on demand. It was a fine stay overall, I had just expected better after having stayed at ITC Kakatiya at Hyderabad and ITC Hotel Chennai previously.

Hornbys the dining experience was fantastic, the food was yummy and the quantity was much more than expected... A pleasant surprise...
And the best part could sit there for hours... Without being disturbed...

Beautiful location..Amazing view from the room..Very neat n clean rooms.And food is just yummy..Hotel situated in the city but has a ethnic charm n peace maintained which never let u feel u are in Mumbai.Staff is really co operative.Mr.Yash at the reception desk have been very helpful and Ms Deepa from Sales have been extremely humble enough to make our stay beyond beautiful..Loved the experience it was truly amazing..Keep it up guys!!..

ITC FRONT DESK WAS PROMPT TOOK MY COMPLAINT AND SOLVED IT IMMEDIATELY. I LIKED IT SO I CHANGED MY REVIEW TO FIVE STAR .

It's well maintained & quite huge property. Post covid, they are taking care of social distancing & hygiene. I think they have two wings for accommodation. Rooms are good enough with all mandatory in room facilities. Hotel's buffet breakfast service was also good, staffs are polite. Smooth check in process. Overall it's excellent property & worth to spend.

The overall experience was good. The staff is courteous and considerate. My bag got misplaced post the entry scanner, but the guy didn't give up on it until he got it back.

The room was well-equipped and thoughtfully done up. The room size was ample. I liked the window alcove seating, offering a towering view over Mumbai.

My only point of contention was their breakfast spread. Very limited options in both Indian and continental.

It is located in the heart of parel, a very centralised location of mumbai. The hotel looks really grand from the outside but interior is not up to the mark. It has a grand ballroom and a garden hall which is good for small parties and conferences. Overall, an okayish kind of hotel.

Best in class, superlative room service, best staff I ever encountered... Best food options at the Honby's Pavilion... Overall a very good experience... 1 star less as I had to wait to get seats for the breakfast buffet...

The management is very concerned about the safety of visitors which we appreciate. It was ensured that guests use fresh and untouched cutlery, untouched rooms and lift buttons !

Beautiful and maintained property. The view from our floor was amazing, the staff is humble and food was good as well !

The terrace garden where the Marks & Spencer event was hosted was fantabulous and so was the Ariel Mommy blogger meet I attended at Ballroom the same day.

Grt ambience. Enjoyed the cuisine. Though would prefer a more leisurely family experience here some day. Savvy

It's a beautiful hotel with 3 restaurants. My favourite restaurants are the Kebabs & Kurries and Hornby's Pavillion. The food is superb. It had always been good but the menu had recently been changed for the better. The service is warm and welcoming. It's a great place to go for a meal or a quick bite.

Great for business meetings. Best is that it is centrally located and don;t face as much traffic. Only downside is the buffet food could be a little stale at times.

I love their food. From all the 5 star hotels in Bombay, this place serves some of the best food I've ever had.
We have been to weddings here as well and the service wasn't bad. Diffinetly as good place for events.
Can't really say much about the rooms as I haven't stayed a night here, but from my experiences in staying at other ITC hotels, it must be good.

Lovely place. I had visited for a conference in the ballroom. The ambience is amazing. Wonderfully decorations with prized artifacts, chandeliers and lamps. Very artistically set up flower vases with real flowers. The room was very spacious. The staff were humble. Food and dessert were very interesting and perfectly cooked. Especially loved the tea and the soup, not forgetting the tiramisu too. Eating area was right outside the event arena. The washrooms were well designed and hygienic but more units could be installed. Guests had to wait in queue but that doesn't take away the star. There were displays of other ITC products beautifully arranged. A shop of Wills Lifestyle was also present at the same location. Overall it was an amazing experience. A nice place with hassle-free experience to host events.

I stayed this property with my family.. we were delighted with our stay..it was a wonderful experience..
Clean Rooms ... staff are too friendly and helpful... Specially for housekeeping staff they always ready too help..

Calm, quaint and grand. Come here for a nice drink or good food. The staff is impeccable and the attention to detail is quite impressive. They are not imposing, rather there like your shadow. I would recommend this place simply for the service and the food.

Conveniently located property near the Lower Parel, Worli business districts. Good rooms, lots of wood and great attention to detail. The lounge on the top floor has some stunning views.

Hotel location is good and the view from the top floor is awesome. Staff is very helpful and the restaurant food is fabulous. Rooms of the hotel are good and clean. Hope we will again stay in hotel.
